This is usually my go to pizza place. I decided to order a vegetarian sub and onion rings. My food wasn’t or and this place is less than a mile from where I am. They were a little too well done for my liking. The veggie sub was a complete disappointment. It was somewhat soggy even after I asked for the sauce ots which they did. The lettuce wasn’t fresh and it didn’t have any cheese on it. I feel for a veggie sub it should be loaded! Either way, I threw the sandwich away.

Be afraid..Pizza went downhill as fast as it opened back up. All Workers seem confused. Pizza was disgusting and cold and looked like it had no sauce…dried out and toppings were minimal. Was our favorite & use to be really good. Waste of money. We ordered the large Grand Gourmet Pizza. Had high expectations but, Won’t be back. Sad this has happened. They will fail in the business if they continue to skimp on the toppings and make lame food because customers TALK in this area. If you’re afraid to try this place because of the new ownership..YOU SHOULD BE! They should be ashamed of this junk they are selling!!

The food quality is outstanding. The pizza here is fantastic – in fact, it’s “some of the best pie on the west side” of Columbus. My family tries lots of places, but Grandma’s is one we come back to regularly because the flavor is just that good. Even a classic pepperoni pizza stands out with plenty of toppings and cheesy goodness in each bite. The subs are equally impressive; a long-time customer once noted that Grandma’s has “one of the best pizza and subs in Columbus”, and I wholeheartedly agree. And let’s talk about the wings – they’re consistently hot, crispy, and flavorful. I often add an order of wings or even a spaghetti dinner to my delivery, and everything arrives fresh, hot, and delicious. You can really taste that they use quality ingredients and take pride in their recipes.

Placed first order since “under new managment” It was delivered completely wrong order and uncooked food. Called in they said our bad we sent the wrong order we will send the right order. Order comes it half missing and half wrong all cold. Would not recommend this place at all. Before “under new managment” this was one of our favorites. Now this is permanently off our order list. Move on to the next place on your list this place is now worthless. You would have better luck getting the right order at McDonald’s than here

I’ve been getting Pizza here for a long time and have never had issues. I live too far (53 miles) to return pizza after driving home and realizing it is total crap. I ordered two large pizzas and an order of 12 hot wings. All of the food was under cooked. The pizza crust was pale and doughy and the mushrooms were even cold. I was extremely disappointed because the meal that I had to toss in the trash cost me $63 and I gave a $12 tip. I didn’t have time to call them until the next day and of course they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I did get an “I’m sorry” from the manager. I guess it’s time to find a new favorite place.

But this is just sloppy.
I had ordered extra sauce on med cheese and pep. When I received it, the extra sauce had 3 table spoons dumped on top of the pep, and just took like some splashed it on there,
I was not too happy, because the extra sauce was only splashed on a few pieces. That is not how a extra sauce should be put on pizza.. should be under the cheese… and cut in huge pieces. We had to re-cut.

I’m going to leave my original comment below, because a few months ago it really was the best pizza I had in a while, but now it’s under new ownership and it’s shitty. We ordered $65 with the food last night, and they couldn’t get any of it right. Everything was wrong, they sent two different drivers, the first driver brought food that wasn’t even ours, and then the second driver showed up with half of our order and I said just I don’t even want it now and I refused it and I made him refund my money. So now that it’s under new ownership don’t even bother dude, the service was shit, the food I don’t know because I never ate it, at least they refunded my money though.
Best pizza we’ve had in a while, best on the West side hands down! Definitely would recommend to all my family and friends, and to all of you reading this comment!
