I went here for dinner on a Monday and it wasn’t busy, which was nice. We sat down and were served chips with two salsas a chunky red and a smooth green. The red salsa had a good flavor and a nice kick, but watch out for the green one! It’s delicious but very spicy.

We ordered the enchiladas verdes with chicken and the sopes with steak fajita, both served with rice and beans. The enchiladas were amazing, the green salsa they use has great flavor and just the right amount of heat, and I really liked the cheese they add. The sopes were also delicious; they were fully loaded, packed with flavor, and the meat was tender.

Overall I would go back, definitely recommend!!!

Just ate here around mid day on a Sunday. We were in the mood for Mexican brunch. This place did not disappoint! The flavors were authentic and sooo delicious! The service was fine and the place itself was festive and with mostly families dining in.

We started with cafe de olla…super yummy. Coffee with slight notes of cinnamon.
I ordered the chilaquiles rojos and added carnitas. For the sides, I picked over medium eggs, potatoes, and a pancake. The chilaquiles were so so good lots of flavor, the only downside was that I wish the tortilla chips would have been warmer. I loved the potatoes! The pancake was average.
My husband ordered the enchiladas potosinas, which he also really enjoyed! They go heavy on the toppings which make them even better!
We shared the tacos dorados. These were okay, they are made of 2 fried tortillas and we both felt the second tortilla was a bit much. The beef inside the tacos dorados was not as flavorful as the rest of our meal.
The chips and 3 salsas were also so good!
We are definitely coming back and recommend to anyone in or around the area!

Stop scrolling: If you’re driving anywhere near Grand Prairie, you must make a detour for Casa San Miguel de Allende. My family’s spontaneous visit turned into an unforgettable culinary experience.
Let’s be clear: Forget the tired Tex-Mex routine. This is vibrant, authentic Mexican food that truly sings. It was absolutely delicious! The commitment to quality starts before you even order—they don’t just give you chips and salsa, they present you with three incredible house-made chiles/sauces. A real sign of respect for flavor, and a rarity these days.
Beyond the plate, the service was truly exceptional. Huge shout-out to our attentive waitress and the entire staff; even the busboys were part of a seamless, five-star team effort.
We’re already planning our next pilgrimage back to try everything else on the menu. Thank you, Casa San Miguel de Allende, for restoring our faith in authentic flavor!

I had a great experience at this restaurant, which exudes an authentic Mexican vibe through its ambiance, food, and friendly staff. My wife and kids loved it too! The meal kicks off with complimentary chips and salsa, setting a great tone. They also offer delicious pan dulce and other Mexican treats. Affordable and a must-visit if you’re in the area!

Went on Saturday, no wait. It did take a long time to get our orders taken after being seated. We had the sope, huarache and breakfast chorizo tacos. Sope and huarache we so hard. Chorizo lacked salt. Beans were canned. Overpriced and overhyped in my opinion.

This place is so good! The food is delicious, the coffee is brewed at their cute coffee bar, and the environment is festive/cultured. The candy’s and pan dulce sold on the side give a touch of Mexico. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Our first time here. It’s Thursday morning and there were only 2 other customers here. It crossed my mind that the food wasn’t as per the reviews. OMG! Food was amazing! Prices are reasonable. Our waitress was Evelyn. She was very helpful and so down to Earth. I would definitely come back!

Went for a late breakfast and the food was good. Flavor was on point with the breakfast tacos. Did take awhile for our order to come to the table though. Our waitress was nice but only came to the table 3 times. We had to ask others passing by for help. I usually use the beans to decide if I like the food and they had flavor and reminded me of home cooking. I wasn’t a big fan of the chips, seem thick and slightly over done. Just moved back to the area and have found a new go to place.
