I ordered a jerk shrimp bowl. There is no jerk on this bowl at all not on the shrimp not on the bowl not on the jerk cauliflower nowhere if they ran out of jerk why wouldn’t you just cancel the order that makes no sense! Do better

Got the quarter chicken. The young lady was pleasant and happy to help with all my questions about the chicken. I’ve been to Jamaica many times. This place is definitely Jamaica vibes. chicken rice and pees with plantains. Chicken was juicy and had a kick. I’ll be back.

Who ever was scheduled to work on January 23, 2026 at 7pm, They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Non stop yapping and then got the nerve to get my order wrong. I order 5 scopes of plantain and paid and they gave me 4 single ones. You should have seen the condtion of the shrimp. And also, I order shrimp and somehow I hot 6 pieces of shrimp and a whole bunch of chicken. All that talking they was doing no wonder the messed up my order. I waited 15 minutes for my food, mind you, no one else was in the store. That lady and that man WOULD NOT STOP YAPPING AND FOCUS ON THEIR JOB. IMMEDIATELY THEY NEED TO BE SPOKEN TO OR FIRED.

The food was delicious the only thing was the plantains were dry and didn’t taste fresh. The carrot ginger juice didn’t have a bit of ginger in it. Hand washing has to be stressed in this establishment because I noticed employees leaving from other areas putting on gloves without washing their hands first. Otherwise, the staff was kind.

Ordered off grub hub and got the two for one special which is an amazing deal when you account for their prices. The food is superb, flavorful, ok portions for a bowl, and a bit of spice from the Angry jerk sauce. Just wish the rice was a lil softer. The Mac and cheese must of been from the bottom it wasn’t that cheesy, but still taste fine. Maybe it was a busy night for them since I had a pickup order.

Great no frills lunch option with way more flavorful food than the other “pick from the 3 columns” places in the area. The jerk and curry chicken are both delicious with the creamy cole slaw and plantains, and the Mac and cheese is great too. Their lunch bowls are a particularly excellent value.

The restaurant is very clean, I went as early as they opened up. My food was absolutely delicious. I would go back again and try their other sides and protein. The only issue I have is that the amount of food given and the up charge for the mac & cheese. I thought I would get larger portions. I had to edit my review. This is my third time going in the first two times. It was really good. This place is really fell off. Cabbage was disgusting. The food was cold and I had a bunch of feathers on my chicken. I will not be going back.
