The customer service was horrible. The salad I ordered was full of dirt and when I reached out to them, they were very rude and denied the claims of my order, clearly stating that they don’t wash their vegetables before serving. With this kind of sanitation, service, and food quality, it infuriates me that they didn’t even give me a refund but what can you expect from a low quality restaurant as such. All of the 5 salads that I ordered were full of either hair, dirt or just poorly cleaned vegetables. Don’t order from them, it will just be a waste of money and a negative experience overall.

I come here almost every day for the juices and smoothies and they never disappoint. Everything always tastes fresh and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and service is always quick even when it’s busy. It’s honestly one of my favorite healthy spots in Middletown. Highly recommend if you want a good smoothie or fresh juice!

I used to be a loyal fan of Blend in multiple locations. But they have gone far downhill. Today, I was working as a delivery driver and went to pick up an order. When I arrived there were three employees working, two of them, in T-shirts, doing non-essential prep work, while one employee, in a polo shirt was casually making orders. And I mean casually. There was no urgency in any of her actions.
The order I was picking up was, at that point, at least 7 minutes after it had been placed. It had not been started, and would not be started for another 5 minutes as she very slowly made an order for someone else. After I had been in the store over 15 minutes, the woman doing prep work at the outside counter finally came over to help with the pile of backlogged orders. Too little too late.
The last time I ordered a smoothie for myself, I ordered ahead online and then had to wait 10 minutes after arrival.
There are much better national and regional chains on the street offering similar products with much better service. I hate having to give up on this locally-owned chain, but I can’t justify giving them my money and time (lots of time!) anymore.

I love going to this place! Their food is always really good and the place is very clean. The staff have always been nice. I try to go every week, I love their salads and smoothies.

Decided to get some lunch with my mom and the cashier in the front was judging us on what we were adding in our salad. Lastly while eating my salad I found this metal piece in my food on top of my chicken good thing I found it on time before eating. Will not be going there again.

Blend in Middletown USED TO BE amazing! Tons of workers, never put on hold when I called, food was ready at a descent time, huge salads…. sadly that is NOT the case anymore. The first time I called, I was put on hold & forgotten about so I had to hang out & call again. Was put on hold a second time and still no one answered. I usually get their salads which when they first opened was HUGE! SO worth the $12 and just today I got the same salad but HALF of what I usually get and I am paying the SAME amount! My mom got the Tuscan Avocado Toast – big mistakes! Little avocado and the toast wasn’t even toasted! They used to have TONS of people working & today they only had 2 ppl working! They are starting to cut A LOT of corners and it shows!! Very disappointing, I definitely won’t be going there anymore.
