Ordered delivery and they forgot to deliver my 4 pack of drinks. I immediately called and Katherine answered. I told her my issue and she acted like I ruined her day. Gave zero solutions unless I mentioned it. Terrible customer service. I also thanked her for issuing my refund only to be ignored and hung up on. The second time I’ve had issues with missing items with this place and had even more issues with the rude employees there. Definitely won’t be ordering here again… too many pizza spots to order from in Mint Hill so I suggest you avoid this one.

Never order from here. Not only did they gave me the wrong order.i had to wait for my correct order and give them back the wrong pizza after sitting in my house for 20 minutes. The driver then drop my wings on the floor. When being replaced they told me it will take another 30 min to have it replaced. Since I don’t live here I ask for a refund on my wings because I can’t wait 30min for new ones they told me either to wait or lose out. Never order from this place

I really like Marcos pepperoni pizza, and they almost always have special pricing on a one topping medium pizza. Pizza is great, service is great! It not really conducive to dining in since Covid because they got rid of the drink machine back then to prevent dine in, and are not really geared to dine in anymore. But great for pickup or delivery!

Marcos is continually moving up the ranks with their pie! We love pizza but had never tried theirs. Thank you to our 15yr old for being so persistent… it’s the cheese for me. And the fact that is piping hot on arrival.

Just ordered a pizza as you guys can see. It was made properly but it was missing a topping. Instead he tried to give me a promo off my current order and for a next order. You cannot take off or attempt refund because it was paid in cash. I asked for a salad in return to be delivered. When asked the manager caught an attitude and was rude also did not help get my problem resolved at all. I would like to have a salad or a free pizza in return. Regardless if it’s a topping missing your job is to meet customer’s needs at all times.

They make OK pizza but literally every single time I order here they mess something up. Today I straight-up got an empty box from them, which is probably the worst screw up so far. And good quality has been going down too. I give it two stars instead of one because they always fix their mistakes, but this shouldn’t be a constant thing.

I paid $12 for a large steak/cheese sub and got hardly no meat and basically bread and mushrooms. It’s definitely not worth what I paid, and this was my first time trying Marcos. Highly disappointed and will never go back.

The people at Marco’s in Mint Hill are so friendly!! There was this really nice lady at the counter who gave me a discount and I appreciated that so much. Definitely a go to pizza place from now on! Love you guys!
