Horrible costumer service from the manger Absolutely disgusting customer service, incompetent and rude! This is how I received my pizza after calling for a refund for my previous order that took 2 hours to get to me…I live across the street from them.White long hairs in the food, obviously done out of spite. I actually went to the wrong pizza place. I was meant to go to Josie‘s but I’m actually glad I did go here. I had a wonderful conversation with Robert and he made my time. They’re very enjoyable. The last time I got this pizza it wasn’t a good review. Today, it’s not a good review either. I order a pizza with no sauce. Instead they put it in cups and I have to dip it. I didn’t ask for a pizza dipper. The sauce should automatically come on the pizza. I’m not ordering from here again. And what ever crust they’re using now, it’s disgusting! Two thumbs down!! How disappointing and I use to love getting my pizza here.

We had an absolutely wonderful pizza tonight! It was I believe the best Topper I’ve ever had! Right out of the oven, cooked perfectly lots of delicious cheese and so much pepperoni! It was so good!
I wish they would do a little sprucing up.

It’s pretty common these days, post-Covid, for restaurants to abandon dine-in efforts. Joseppi’s being one, as what once was a breezy throwback to wooden chair diners of the mid 20th century is now just an echo of itself- seemingly abandoned to neglect. If you do dine-in, however, you will get a nice view of the world outside.
The help is pretty standard customer service. Nothing offensive, memorable, or special about it.
Finally, as for the food, I absolutely love their baked spaghetti with a side of garlic bread. I will definitely be coming back for that. I didn’t care for the sausage sub I saved for lunch the next day, though. Maybe it doesn’t hold up well cold, after sitting in a fridge for 12 hours. Not sure.
Overall, I will be back. It goes on my list for good food.

First time having them . I got their lasagna and cheese garlic bread. I would rate it a 1 out of 5. There really wasn’t much flavor and the cheese on top of the lasagna was hard to cut into. But the chicken sub my bf got was the only good thing.

Get joseppis a couple times a year but I think that has changed. Two pizzas today that tasted like straight cardboard. Onions and pepper pieces were absolutely giant and raw, as well as like 4 pieces of sausage on the whole thing. And the cut left us with monster pieces in the middle and tiny pieces on outside, so i cut it myself. Seems like ingredients and pizza making care have decreased drastically. Love supporting local but I am not going to pay those prices to eat terribly cut, doughy, not crispy, flavorless cardboard with an onion and a bell pepper cut in half and thrown on top. Sorry joseppis, I want to support, but probably never again. If you want to compete with the big chains, you have to be better. We ate 2 pieces each and decided to save the calories for something else. Now we have 2 large pizza that we paid over $40 for that won’t be eaten. Shame on you guys. (BTW. This is the first review I have ever left on a restaurant. That is how strongly I felt about this experience).

Over priced, way too much cheese (I love cheese and it was too much) ordered double pepperoni and couldn’t hardly find any under a thick layer of cheese. Won’t be ordering again. I was told it was “the best” let me tell you there’s way better pizza out there than this place.
