I’ve been to Ukulele twice and both experiences were excellent. The ambiance is beautiful, warm, and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The cocktails were amazing on both visits — especially the second time, when the bartender asked about my preferences and created a cocktail just for me. I absolutely loved that personal touch, and the drink was so delicious.
The service is fast and consistently high-quality. As for the food, everything we tried was fantastic: Pad Thai with shrimp, Pad Kee Mao, and Massaman curry with tofu. Honestly, it’s the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended!

We expected a bit more… Trusting the reviews we expected authentic Thai food. It was very tasty, but not authentic. We have been to Thailand and this is the European version of food. If you order spicy, you won’t get spicy… a bit disappointing regarding the prices. If you are just looking for good Asian food, you will do nothing wrong with Ukulele… We recommend doing a reservation before coming.

Very tasty food. Unfortunately, we were seated near the kitchen so oh my, we were smelling of grease by the time we left. I saw a lot of people picking up their orders which to my mind, can be a better option than soaking in awful oily fumes that stick in your hair and clothes. Well, that’s what makes the food tasty after all, stir fried stuff. I also thought the phone orders went faster than our food, maybe just my imagination.

Food is OK, but not great. Portions are smallish. The bowl of rice for two was not enough for us. And … the service on Nov 29, 2025 evening was terrible (the tall Caucasian waiter, doesn’t know drinks he can serve from the bar, and the small Asian waitress doesn’t speak clear enough English to be facing clients, she cannot explain dishes and is impatient with the guests. Two weeks earlier, the experience was as bad, but I though it was accidental. It wasn’t, it is standard. There are no paper menus and the online menu shows list of dishes but doesn’t show their details due to technical issue, so one orders from the waitress who cannot be understood and doesn’t know the dishes anyway. The waiter made mistake with the drinks, and the waitress did not seem to know how to correct the mistake. The place smells of Asian food from the moment you enter through the door, but it’s a bit much – your clothes will carry it for a few days. Too many tables are crammed and the resulting noise is reminiscent of Singapore night market. We both were getting irritated with it all. Needless to say, I will not go back for a long while.
Rob, if you still own this place and you are reading this… your place was good in the past but not so much nowadays. Too bad. 2/5 stars is the best I can do, and that’s only because I have good memories of it.

Service was really fast and efficient.
The place inside was a bit small, but still comfortable and well decorated, creating a nice atmosphere.
Our experience with the food was positive overall. Everything was tasty and spiced as announced in the menu. Spent €23 pp for a main dish + drink, fair for Luxembourg.
The only notes are that the chicken was a bit chewy and that the lemongrass in the Curry tasted slightly soapy.
However, the meal was still enjoyable and the place is definitely recommended.

We had a confirmed reservation but were kept waiting for 20 minutes while being told that our table was being “prepared.” Then a staff member suddenly raised his voice and told us there was “no place without reservation,” even though we did have one. It was embarrassing and disrespectful, especially in a town where most kitchens close at 10 pm, leaving us with nowhere else to dine on my wife’s Bday.
The restaurant later emailed blaming a “system error,” yet they were somehow able to correctly seat every other guest and only our reservation was supposedly affected. Instead of acknowledging how we were spoken to and treated in the moment, they offered a discount for “next time.” The issue was not the price. It was the lack of accountability, and basic courtesy. Very disappointing experience.

First visit there today and while it is very small it is also very cozy.
I found the food to be of good quality and there was also enough variety to chose from.
The service was also fine/ nothing to complain about and the price is also absolutely fair.
Good restaurant but unlike for others not one of the best for me.
