Don’t waste your time at this location. Tim Hortons will hire just about anyone and that’s why everyone chooses Starbucks over them. Toaster has been broken for idk how long at this location. Got there today at 4:01 and ordered a BLT. Drive thru worker says “we can’t make anymore sandwiches we’re about to close in an hour”. AN HOUR. You’re still open dude. Yall kill me. lol

I usually come in for breakfast a few times in a week and each time the staff is really nice. As for the food it’s great everytime I usually get a matcha with doughnuts or timbits they taste good every single time not to mention their very crispy hash browns and they also do my order quick and on point

Horrible. Visited the Seltzer Rd location. I walked in and the employees were playing around with one and other, which really didn’t bother me. I got to the counter with my mother to order and asked may you please make a pot of fresh dark roast? The cashier said I just made it like 15-20 minutes ago and it’s in an insulated pot. I stated that I preferred my coffee fresh piping hot and I didn’t want old coffee. The cashier then stated that we don’t do that I explained that if the pot is 64oz and I’m ordering more than half the pot, why it couldn’t be done? She said we don’t do that my mother then stated let’s just go to another location. I then turned around after the sarcasm of the employees(because of course there was rude banter) and stated that if I’m spending my money I’m going to get the cup of coffee I want not the one you think you’re going to force me to take. We then got into our cars and went to another location. I’m in town visiting from another state and at home I don’t have these service issues they make the pot everyday and I return everyday because I know I’m getting what I want. I can’t justify being treated like garbage for a cup of coffee. I would have spent about $25-$30 at this location given the amount of people that were being provided for but I won’t return here.

I normally don’t eat out much but when I do I come here! My food and coffee is always hot and fresh, not once have I been disappointed the best part of stopping by my one and only tim hortons is the crew. They are all so nice and super funny, they definitely know how to make me have a good laugh. Best tim hortons in Columbus. To top it off they are so quick i pull up and my order is already ready and steaming! I couldnt believe it! Highly recommend to everyone! Thank you stelzer all of your are awesome!
