Super friendly and very efficient. We stopped at 1 pm with the drive thru very busy. We ordered in a matter of minutes and had our drinks in hand in just a couple more. The lady at the window was very helpful and super friendly. We ordered a grande nitro cold brew and a tall iced caramel macchiato for $11.34. Both were yummy and spot on drinks. We will definitely be back to this location!

I love this location. The morning crew is always super friendly, and one of my favorite things is that they frequently write encouraging or happy notes on the cups which always brightens my day!

I have spent so much money here through delivery since becoming disabled. I’m here temporarily after a work fall and have a lot of surgeries so I’m here with family. I am a GM in a famous known venue in downtown NYC and have worked in hospitality since I began at 16 here in Winchester. This is where I learned we go above and beyond for the customer in need and within reason. Certain accommodations are made for people who need help and to be ADA compliant. Today, after I had returned from the hospital (had my most recent surgery Monday – of many) I had my mom (and caretaker) pull into Starbucks to order my usual which is 3 to 4 Trenta black cold brews and I put them in the fridge and they last a good while. I cannot drive and cannot work at the moment for obvious reasons so I buy these in bulk and have them delivered but to cut costs since we passed Starbucks pulling into Winchester, we pulled through to order. We were stuck in line and made the order and requested a carrier and bag because with my mobility devices and such, my mom and I cannot get those in without spilling or get very far in traffic without spilling. This hasn’t been a problem when getting them for groups at other Starbucks in the past like in New York ordering for a group, etc., I had even done it here in Winchester a couple of times though it had been many months since last able to. Today, David, the new store manager took the mic from the employee who said that was fine and told us that he wouldn’t do that. We further explained the situation after some confusion and my explained my physical disability as well and he said no, and said that’s for delivery vehicles and people pay more for it. He didn’t even ask if we wanted to pay more for it. It was just a point blank, no. There’s other medical reasons that make this very hard but we had to stay stuck in line as you can’t get out of line for us to roll up and he tell us the total and I told him my job title and why I was in town and that I wouldn’t be buying from them but that we learn in hospitality to be better for our customers and to go above and beyond. Especially when disabilities are apparent and there is a physical need. He was smirking a bit but that’s fine. I was just said do better or something but I wasn’t trying to be over the top or crass. Just hope he cares at all that I went without something others have access to because I couldn’t carry mine and he refused to help make that possible by putting the drinks in a bag. It could have been so simple. I think the worst part is that I explained from the start that I didn’t know that, I always delivered, that I was stuck in a line now, and physically cannot carry that so can we make an exception and still I received a no, point blank. I can’t imagine that Starbucks would stand by that and I can’t imagine what I’d do if I got a call that any of my management acted that way. Do better, Starbucks. (I attached something to prove I order quite regularly). No more until someone reaches out with an apology and an answer to fixing this problem for physically impaired people.

I haven’t been to Starbucks in years, now I remember why. I walked in, only customer in the house, 5 workers. The only one at register was handling cash handover with Brinks. Nearly a 10 minute wait. Drive-thru window kept busy but no one else willing to take an order. So strike 1. Next up, after I received my order I was looking around for sprinkle of cinnamon and other goodies so I started to ask the person about them but before I could finish my question he barked back “THIS IS ALL WE HAVE!” Strike 2. I looked at receipt, no phone # to call mgr so I asked for one. The lead working was same at register. I let him know why I don’t come back and all he could hesitate to say was, sorry about that. All strke 3. There is a strike 4. The white chocolate mocha sucked!! No flavor, too watery, dang. I would not have mentioned any of this but 4 strikes deserves a horrible rating!

Usually I have good experiences but this is disgusting. The lid has been on this cup since I left and I just happened to look down. I’m so grossed out and doubt I’ll go back.

Giving a 1 star is very generous. We pay $6+ for a drink and they’re always made wrong and then when asked to remake they get pissy and doesn’t remake them, waits 1 minute gives you the same drink and nearly throws it on you. They’re so rude here

This place is great other then one specific man that works there and his name is Brandon. Im pregnant and like extra Carmel in my drink. Everyone els has no issue doing it for us. I came through while he was there a couple of times and he refuses to do it the way I ask unlike anyone els. He slammed the drive through window in my face after I had asked about the Carmel. Hes very rude! I called and asked to speak with a manager and of course he answered, he refused to let me speak with anyone other then him because “he’s the store manager” im sure there’s another manager that was working today. When you take on the roll of fast food, making your customers happy are your priority. I work fast food and id never treat someone the way he does my fiance and I, even my mother and sister in law today… its ridiculous! I don’t think someone with his attitude should have a job in fast food.
