This location was awesome! Came in for my birthday scoop and my husbands bday was the 11th so he also got a birthday scoop, David helped us with no hassle him and his coworker whom I didn’t catch her name but they were really kind to not only us but the other customers as well. Definitely recommend stopping in for your ice cream or any other sweet treats ✨✨✨

Horrible service. I have on many occasions had to long wait times to get my order taken. They have a sign to call the number or to knock on window because their sensor for drive up doesn’t work. This has been for the past 3 years! Give me a break. Either get it fixed or train you staff to have better customer service. I will not be going here ever again.

I’m really disappointed with this location. The inside has been closed for years, and they only accept card payments. The drive-thru speaker is broken, and the sign on the door says to knock on the window or call for service. I did both, and no one came to assist me. It raises the question of why this location is still operating under the franchise name. Save your time and money—avoid this place!

If I could leave less than 1star I would every year for my daughters bday have preordered and paid for clown cones for her today I went to pick them up I ordered them for pickup for after 12pm today and they were never made when I was driving there I called the employee on duty was rude wouldn’t let me talk and wouldn’t even consider making them for me for later in the day pickup even though I ordered them days ago and paid for them there was no way to get in touch with a manager thru the website so I had to call another store

The ice cream is always good. But the milkshakes are inconsistent on being filled. Getting a large with the amount of a medium is quite disappointing when you spend 20$ for milkshakes.

$32 just to make our own floats??? And what’s worse is we only used one soda for 2 “Large” floats and 2 “medium floats not to mention the attitude from the guy at the drive through window. I wish I had just asked for a refund instead of taking the order.

Went inside there were 2 workers stood there for like 10 minutes and not once did any of them came to help. I would’ve understood if they were busy but no customers inside but us and both of them were working the drive thru. Then they laughed as we were walking out. Get new employees with better customer service.

Service was super slow. Stood waiting to be helped for over 15 minutes. No other customers inside. One guy working the drive thru while female employee was taking a smoke break. She came inside to finally help but no greeting just a “ we don’t accept cash” which was posted on about 5 different signs.
