Ordered pizza last night and they got the wrong address called me and let me know they could not meet me to give me food that I was out side of there delivery area. The man I spoke too was very rude. I told him I would get out of my house to come get it and I wanted a discount because they missed the delivery address up said they don’t do that. I even would have meet the driver somewhere to get my food. Will not be ordering from them no time soon.

had a Buy one Get one free coupon valid through 7/28/26 and they told me i couldn’t use it, when i questioned why the young male responded with “i just can’t” then when i walked out he proceeded to walk behind me and lock the door, Im not sure who runs that establishment over on the dawson side of town, but you need a refresh on workers, they are all rude and disrespectful.

Don’t order if you’re the hotel down the road. They will drop it off and tell no one and let it sit cold at the desk. Then management will say “they are just late no worries the app is wrong it hasn’t been delivered keep waiting”… don’t order if you want warm food

Ordered through DoorDash. The food was marked as delivered, and it showed up 45 minutes to an hour late. When I called the store, the person claiming to be the manager was rude and had poor customer service. Informed me that they do not use DoorDash, then changed his story. The individual ended up hanging up on me, when I was trying to ask what I can do on my end to find my order. Very disappointed. This was the Albany, Georgia location.

They have always been courteous and consistent in our experience. We decided to go early today and it was between lunch and dinner, very quick, no line, and delish. With that said my favorite pizza is from Chicago, but when I am not in Chicago, this is where I go.

Not only did they give me brown salad that I’m not eating and paid for. Ordered boneless chicken and I get chicken wings? Ordered two Caesar salads to get one disgusting one and a garden salad with onions and tomatoes which I’m allergic to. They call me because they can’t find my house which is literally two turns from their establishment. Tried calling them because over half my order wasn’t acceptable and spent 40+ dollars on it. And of course they don’t even answer their phone.
