People are friendly but I just paid over $10 for a chicken burrito with uncooked rice. Picking it all out over my lunch break made me really regret going here. Normally I wouldn’t complain but to pay this much for a terrible burrito is crazy. I also just called twice and they hung up on me before I could even say anything.

We had a great experience at this Qdoba today! The food was fresh and the portions were generous! A special shout out Heather, what a great employee! Super bubbly and friendly! Great personality! We were greeted when we walked in and we were asked how we liked our food while eating! Management definitely cares about customer satisfaction!
We don’t live in Fond Du Lac but the next time we are passing through we will definitely stop in! Thank you!!

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and unfortunately the experience is consistently disappointing. During my most recent visit, the employee working was extremely rude, making faces, smacking her mouth, and responding with attitude when we asked simple questions like whether large cups were available.

On top of that, the portions were unreasonably small. I paid over $12 for a bowl and received literal teaspoon amounts of ingredients. When I asked for cilantro, I was given only a few pieces. I also felt uncomfortable asking for extra toppings because of how dismissive the employee was, including comments like “you know that’s extra, right?” said in a very unpleasant tone.

I understand supply issues happen, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service or extremely skimpy portions. If I’m paying full price, I expect reasonable portions and basic courtesy. Sadly, this location doesn’t deliver on either.

We had an okay experience- staff were more busy with packing online orders than helping customers in line.

You might want to evaluate the handicap accessibility as well. Handicap parking with curb cut at far right end of building however door to Qdoba opens the other direction. Once inside, the hallway to the bathrooms was cluttered with catering carts making it nearly impossible to navigate- had I been in my wheelchair I wouldn’t have been able to. The bathroom was plenty big for turns but the broken paper towel dispenser was a bit high again had I been in my chair I wouldn’t have been able to reach.

I was here at 7:40 on Friday, 12/5. This lady that took my order was very dissmisive and rude. Very sloppy scoops and had very negative energy. I personally would not come back to this fondy location, which is a bummer, because i love qdoba. This place could use some cleaning as well

I miss years ago when they made everything calmly with care. Lol. 4 people in line and it’s a chore for them with anxiety now and no smiles . I also do not recommend paying 70$+ for a family meal pick up ( they say they dont have it ready) wait 15 minutes- bring it home and cold and dry …Steak too X2 for us Try Oshkosh?

I go occasionally, went tonight because I wanted a quick meal after work and I have a $5 credit. I always go during the day and the service is decent. Tonight I went and the girl greeted me irritated with “what’s your order?” I work in customer service and she appeared alone and I understand that she was probably stressed. Told her my name and she made my order. Everything would’ve been fine if she:
1. Didn’t throw my food in a bag and slam it on the counter and say “here you go.”
2. Didn’t cheat me out of what I paid for. Usually I get bowls and they give you a good amount for your buck. It felt like she gave me a little more than just a small bowl when I paid for a regular. Even after mixing it all up it looks very sad and the food was cold when I got it and when I got home.

My wife arrived home with a sad excuse for an online order, so I called the store to ask about getting a refund because we got burritos the size of a small potato, with nothing in them. We were informed of no queso or guacamole, but our burritos were nothing but rice and beans, with ground beef for a replacement of steak.

The young girl who answered quickly passed the phone to the manager who answered and gave his name, **dy.
When I told him we didn’t get any ingredients in our burritos he was extremely rude and informed us, that we needed to come back with the food to get a refund. So we did.

When we got there, I noticed all the salsa & cheeses & sour cream were available, but not on any of our burritos.

The young lady’s now sitting at a table instead of behind the serving counter yelled for manager **dy when they realized my wife was back.

Manager **dy came from the back in a dirty Tshirt & jeans, nothing with any Qdoba branding in it, took my order & started heading back while saying I’d get a refund in a few days….I grabbed my food bag back and requested a receipt showing the refund.
He said he couldn’t refund it because it was done online, so I asked why he just told me on the phone he could refund me as long as I brought back the food.
He then reluctantly agreed to get me a refund receipt. When I asked for his name he told me Bob, which obviously was a lie.

There is a lack of character & professionalism shown by the staff.

This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location but it will be the last.

Qdoba in FDL used to be a great experience, but in the past year or so it’s become a dump. I will certainly Never visit this location again.

Hands down my worst experience at a Qdoba yet. I absolutely love Qdoba in general however this one definitely didn’t live up to the rest. Very short staffed and long line but that seems to be expected these days. What isn’t is when they make your Barreto and it breaks then they ask you if its ok that its broken. You politely ask if they could place it in another shell and when they do it just gets wrapped into a ball that didn’t even touch sides and covered into the foil quick to hold it. Being there was a giant line I refrained from asking for a rewrap AGAIN! I get home thinking I can fix it but its not only wrapped wrong but busted again. That’s the creation of the Barreto experience. On top of that the rice was horribly dry and chips stale. Overall just my worst experience and hopefully that’s not a norm for this particular Qdoba.
