”Our recent luncheon at Panera Bread proved to be a profoundly disappointing experience. We noted a conspicuous dearth of dessert selections upon our arrival. The cashier neglected to request our telephone number, and we were compelled to remind them of the 50% dessert discount associated with our ‘You Pick Two’ order. The food was presented lukewarm and exhibited substandard preparation; my tuna sandwich, intended to be toasted, was presented soggy and excessively garnished. My daughter’s sandwich and macaroni and cheese were similarly lukewarm. We observed employees disregarding fundamental hygiene protocols, such as improper hat usage and a failure to sanitize hands, and noted numerous instances of order discrepancies affecting other patrons. The tea dispenser was non-functional, and our order was erroneously designated ‘to go’ rather than ‘dine in.’ Manager Jonathan offered apologies and complimentary desserts, yet the available selections were limited. Following our meal, we addressed our concerns regarding the food with the manager, who reiterated his apologies and authorized a full refund. He attributed the issues to newly hired staff requiring further training. We emphasized the observed lapses in hygiene, including inadequate hat usage and a manager with exposed long hair handling food, and stressed the necessity of comprehensive training on cross-contamination and handwashing. The dining area featured chairs left askew, posing a potential hazard, and the beverage station was in a state of disarray. In summation, our dining experience was far from satisfactory.”

Super nice inside, greeted right away by Sasha. Dining room and wash room very clean. I had soup and sandwich brought out by Luke that complimented my choices. Autumn squash soup was my destination desire. I had the smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich, which was awesome.

I used to love Panera but my last handful of times here in the past year have not been good. I was the only customer in line this morning and my order took about 20 minutes. All I ordered was two drinks, a breakfast sandwich and a cookie. The iced coffee tasted like it had been sitting overnight… What’s worse is all of that came to $27. Did not feel worth the cost at all. The person taking my order was very nice and kept telling me it was going to take a bit longer which I appreciated and the only reason I’m giving any stars at all.

I’ve been to quite a few Panera’s and this is my first review. This location has a good amount of outside seating with some umbrellas. The inside is more open. Unlike other locations, they don’t have the full fireplace. The food is consistent from location to location so it’s a safe place to get lunch.

Great, healthy food options. They have nice salad options and great soups. The half combos are nice with half sandwiches and a half salad or soup. Tasty meal! The manager took care of a customer’s unique request nicely. Great stop!

Clean, cozy dining experience for bakery or sandwich. May take a few minutes for order to get ready. It would be best to use app order ahead of time

When I was little Panera used to be my favorite place ever to go to but now this place is trash. The food is alright at best, but the wait time is incredibly long and the food is very expensive and not very good. The cinnamon bagels used to be the most amazing thing in the world that I loved and now they are gross and don’t even have the cinnamon sugar coating on them. My childhood is ruined. Do not go here.

I really enjoy and find huge usefulness in coming here. I have realized that all locations are not the same. The service can be sketchy and the music is too imposing for chatting or studying like the fitness centers that cater to certain… I take my visits one experience at a time and hope that the things that contrast with the ‘othet’ gathering place don’t disappear.

I went through the drive thru today. The order taker was fine, but he forgot to put a spoon in the bag for the soup we ordered. Luckily we parked and were eating right there so I just went inside and got one. But that is a mistake that could be very inconvenient for some circumstances.
The food was good, but a little expensive for what it is. That seems to be the trend with everything these days thanks to inflation though.
I got the chicken bacon rancher and it was delicious! O my goodness gracious! Heavens! Lol
But no it was pretty good.
Anyways, the wife said the soup was bland, I thought it was fine. My son didn’t eat his turkey and cheese sandwich so I did. The bread was wonderful. But I think that would be odd if it wasn’t right? Being that the word is in the name of the place, haha.
