I paid $10 for 2 sliders. If you have a really small stomach or like kids meals, this is the place for you. If you’re a grown adult, it’s gonna cost you about $30 for a full meal. Also if they give you buzzer #1, which is supposed to alert you when your food is ready, it doesn’t work. Food was cold by the time I walked back up to the window and started asking questions.

Mari’s Hella Fat Food came to our wedding as a late night surprise snack for our guests! It was wonderful! Upon asking, they were able to provide a limited menu that fit perfectly with our guests.
Even with their burners slowing down for a bit, she was able to keep all the guests fed (150 guests).
Marisol is a wonderful, friendly, outgoing person who makes amazing food! Everyone was talking about it for the days ahead!

Delicious food and fantastic staff! We used Tanja’s Food Truck option to cater an event at CH&G, and could not be happier. The food was fresh, and they had something for everyone (we had ages 2 to 90 on the guest list). All of our guests were beyond impressed with the food and some went back for seconds! The staff, including the owner- were absolutely the best to work with. Communication, pricing, timing- everything was perfect. We will definitely use them again!

The wife picked up a couple of items from Tanja, the curry wurst and bratwurst with sauerkraut was the bomb. Best Curry I’ve had in a long time. Definitely worth the trip and will return for other German items on the menu .

This was by far the best burger I’ve had since moving to NC 3 years ago! I highly recommend stopping by their food truck and grabbing one. We got the Gucci Gucci and the Big Poppa. Service was super friendly and quick. Can’t wait to try more of the menu! Mari and her team are fabulous!!

We had Mari come out to our motorcycle Campout and it was perfect! Not only did they feed a large group of hungry bikers but it was fast, hot and delicious. Everyone was stoked and she’s the one we are calling every time! The smashed tots were a hit! And having a buzzer to let you know your order was ready was excellent. We would highly recommend calling Maris Hella Fat Food for any event you need, you will not be disappointed! Their business is also a veteran owner business and we love to support those who served for our country and allow us to enjoy the freedoms we have everyday! The sliders were excellent! The smashed potato however wasn’t as great as I had hoped and a little more toppings would have helped. The 3 stars is really about the wait time of 45 minutes to an hour to get food both times I have been to this truck.

Visited Mari’s Food Truck for the first time today and I was not disappointed. She was very welcoming, upbeat, and patient discussing all the menu items with us and having us as new customers. Everything was as advertised and fresh and delicious!! Great job!! Will definitely be a repeat customer from here on out.
