Best pizza in the Twin Cities and wonderful service as well. Their original crust is thick and very buttery, yet crispy on the outside and fluffy but chewy inside. The other ingredients are high quality too. They now have brownies which are baked fresh with any order, the size of a small pizza, under 10 dollars. Not much not to love.

Big shoutout to the Jets delivery team! We order regularly and about a month ago my son gave some chocolates to the delivery driver in addition to the tip as a thank you. Tonight when we ordered, a different driver came by and gave us two big bags of chocolates in return!! How incredibly nice!! Great service and what an awesome gesture!

Clearly I am not the only one complaining about the customer service. When I called to place my order she was very rude on the phone. I ordered 5 pizzas for my employees since it’s -20 outside and she rudely commented that I should have given them a heads up since they make the dough ahead and they might not have enough for others. Felt very unprofessional and rude. When I called to say something to the manager he didn’t seem to care at all. Just responded with ok and basically hung up. I will not be ordering pizza for my employees from here anytime soon.

Pre ordered 2 pizzas, around thurs night. Oct 23rd
Order was placed at 6:38pm. I did not get my pizza until 8:10pm…. Store location had so many orders the receipt printer was touching the floor from 7ft…. Not only did my order take 2 decades. One guy when i first arrived kept saying just 5 mins after i had asked in intervals of 30mins is it almost done??? Like ggs. Wasted 2hrs for a pizza i that i couldve gone to the store bought and baked …. Should really cap your order limit….

This pizza place is by far the best I’ve had since moving to the Twin Cities! The deep dish meat lovers did not disappoint, and the Red Chili wings were amazing! (I forgot to take a picture before we started tearing away at it). $20 for a large meat lovers deep dish, and a side of wings (roughly $12) turned out to be a great meal. We also have leftovers that may or may not make it overnight. Worth the drive. Quick 15-min turn around service for carry-out orders.

Love the pizza. Buuuut, the service is the most basic,….what do you want?….Thank you, bye! Could use some interest in your customers. We’ll it is the NEW style of pizza places, no atmosphere whatsoever. You’re lucky if you find a place to sit while you’re pizza gets done,….other than your car.

Sir needs to check his attitude, and just hung up the phone.

Just picked up my first Jets pizza. The person on the phone was great. The BBQ Chicken Detroit style pizza was ok, but the BBQ on the top of it was way too heavy handed. I’ll try a non type pizza next time. The picture was taken after scrapping off some of the BBQ sauce.
