With our Ole Hickory wood burning smoker in our building and on our trailer that’s not a problem for us! This is a must try! The best BBQ in Michigan hands down. We love their restaurant and food truck! Food is always fresh and the taste is unmatched. My favorite is the sausage over Mac with their island heat sauce. My husband is always trying new things on the menu and has never been disappointed.

I’ve had bad BBQ but this was exceptionally terrible. It was from their food truck in behind Copper Hop in St Clair Shores. The brisket was cooked well done and the smoke ring was non existent which makes me think it was oven cooked first. Of the 5 ounces of pork I ordered, the fat I removed is on the left, leaving about 2-3 ounces of meat. I was really hopeful. I haven’t had good BBQ since moving to Michigan

Saw this guys Tik tok, appreciated his hustle to get his store front business going so I decided to try n support. He was doing a 1/2slab ribs n wings $30 w/2 sides. Really good deal. Ribs were awesome! Got em as is sauce on side..didn’t even use sauce. Flavor profile was perfect. Couldn’t imagine a rib being better. Wings were very good too. Sides i got Beans n Mac. Beans were excellent, Mac was very mid…I think he would admit that …Just not alot of flavor going on there. I would definitely be back for Ribs. He knows what he’s doing there and be interested in trying his other meats. Support this guy.

Wow! Just wow! I recently went to Texas and had some of the best bbq in my life. Tonight my wife and I were craving bbq. We came across Twisted Street BBQ. Ordered the brisket, sausage, ribs, and pulled pork. We were extremely impressed. Highly recommend TSB if you’re looking for truly good smoked bbq!

We have been wanting to try this for quite a while, Ordered it on Valentine’s Day. Maybe it’s because of the day and they were busy but very disappointed overall. Ordered brisket, ribs street corn and mac & cheese, as well as the muffins. A brisket slices we got were mostly fat, literally like one bite edible and rest thick fat. The ribs were tough and chewy, Neither the corn or the mac & cheese had any flavor. Giving service five stars because it was done when it was supposed to be.

The meats and sauces were really good but the sides need help. Had to be the blandest corn and Mac & cheese I’ve ever had from a bbq place. Use some salt pepper at least. The cornbread was ok but nothing special.

My husband brought home mac and cheese with the smoked brisket and pulled pork from the food truck today. Everything was delicious. By far, it was the best BBQ I’ve had. We will definitely be getting it again.

I was excited to try this place. But I was so disappointed with the food. The coleslaw was vinegar based and I couldn’t eat it. The twisted mac and cheese was tasteless but i ate it. . And the pulled pork was so full of fat I pulled a few pieces off and threw it away. No one in my house would eat it. I wasn’t happy throwing my money away.
