I visited this location on August 6th around approximately 2:55-3:00pm. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce. They forgot to put the sauce in the bag and only gave me SIX NUGGETS which I didn’t notice till I got home because WHY WOULD YOU EVER THINK YOU’D HAVE TO COUNT YOUR NUGGETS. Now I know. Y’all should be ashamed. If I paid for a full meal, give me a full meal

Worker with glasses and long hair was already in the urinal when I came into use the bathroom, he’s on the phone talking the entire time. I use the stall and he’s STILL at the urinal, then when I wash my hands he decided he shouldn’t wait to wash his hands and I stopped him and told him,” You’re not going to wash your hands???” To which he replied, “I will when I get back.” He just sat outside and was on the phone still and he seemed on the clock. We went there because we came along several coupons. We were told we could only use 3 coupons for our order. For what we paid in total, we paid the same we would have paid at similar fast food places and the taste and quality of the food/drinks wasn’t particularly great.

I came here for a super early lunch today and there was absolutely nobody here. Except for one of the two employees who were working behind the counter. The employee who helped me seemed like she was the Managers and she immediately dropped what she was doing to take my order. Her professionalism is is the reason why I am giving this restaurant high marks today. I ordered the Biggie Bag combo meal that included the double stack burger, 4 piece nuggets, small french fries, and a small drink. I actually ate in the dining room and it was super quiet and peaceful since there were no other customers in the restaurant at the time. I think that their drive thru is more popular. Everything was great!

The drive through here is super fast and efficient. I’m not sure how easy it would be to get in and out of the parking lot during rush hour- but at 2pm, not too bad.

IN LOBBY BUT THEY HAVEN’T EVEN MADE IT YET… REALLY MESSES UP MOBILE ORDERS / APP ORDERS I WAITED 10 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER AND THEY HAD FOOD MADE . MY ORDER WAS BEFORE PEOPLE WHO WALK UP AND ORDER BUT THERE’S GETS MADE BEFORE MINE. MANAGED POORLY

NO MOBILE ORDER VEHICLE PICKUP… 4 CAR SPACES FOR IT BUT NO SERVICE.
SO THEY HAD 7 PEOPLE WORKING INSIDE SO NOT THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED. They JUST DONT LIKE GOING OUTSIDE THE STAFF SAID. WHAT IF ITS RAINING THEY SAID BETTER THE CUSTOMER COMES IN THEY SAID…. WHAT BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE….. AVOID THIS PLACE MANAGED BY PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW GOOD BUSINESS SKILLS…. AND KEEPING THE SIGNS OUT SIDE??? DONT HAVE THE SERVICE FOR MOBILE PICKUP BUT HAVE 4 SPACES CUSTOMERS DONT WANT TO PARK IN EVEN WHEN ITS BUSY .. BAD LOCATION MANAGEMENT

Friendly service. They have the key tag for 2025 where you pay $3 and you get that little Frosty, one per visit free throughout the entire year with any purchase in restaurant. I like the fact they’re using it to contribute to charity.
