We were tired of eating fancy resort food and were craving home cooked Indian food. This place served us authentic Indian food and not americanized version of it. Portions were generous and not overly priced. Their outdoor seating is cute and festive with all the lights. Our server was nice and attentive to our needs. If we come back to Wailea, we will definitely revisit.

Came here from a recommendation from a local (we’re on vacation). It was absolutely amazing! We are vegan and they were able to customize all the vegetarian options to be made vegan. Food was season to perfection and very flavorful. We have 2 more days left in Maui and we will definitely be back before we head back home!

Wonderful Indian food in Kihei!
I had the vegetarian Indian Thali at Indian Grill and Curry, and it was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. The portion size was generous, and every dish in the Thali tasted authentic and freshly made.
The restaurant has ample parking nearby, which is a big plus in Kihei, and the atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, making it a great spot to bring kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was quick.
If you’re craving real Indian food in Maui, this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

While visiting Maui, we were craving some good Indian food. After reading reviews online, we found only a few Indian restaurant options on the island. One of the other places was charging an 18% fee despite having good reviews, so we decided to try this restaurant instead—and it turned out to be a fantastic decision.
The food was absolutely awesome and very authentic. Every dish we tried was full of flavor and tasted just like proper Indian cuisine. A special mention to the chili momo—it was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of the meal.
Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience with great food and satisfying portions. If you’re in Maui and looking for authentic Indian food, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

I must say, if you are looking for some authentic indian food in the middle of the pacific Ocean then this is the place. Flavours were authentic indian and great quality.
I was in Maui with my parents last week and we ate here on our first day on the island and my parents got hooked up with the taste of food and hospitality offered by Sai. We ate here several times during our trip.
Spicy Malai kofta, Chana Masala, Dal tadka , Raita were our favourite. Chai was great too here.
Sai was a great person, he was patient, and a great host. He also gave us a ripe mango from a tree in his house during our last visit.

We are visiting from Las Vegas and love Indian food. This has been one of best meals we have had in Maui!! We had the lamb curry, lentil soups, garlic Naan and chicken malai kalimirch!! The gravy was so delicious and the chicken was grilled perfectly.

Indian Grill in Maui was excellent! The food was really good, flavorful, and satisfying. The guy working there was super nice — we had a great chat and felt very welcome. Highly recommended if you’re craving Indian food on Maui.

This is by far the best Indian food on Maui, maybe even in the state. My boyfriend and I have tried multiple Indian restaurants all over and nothing else comes close. We’ve tried several of the dishes at this point and they have all been excellent. You can tell they really care about the quality of the food. We love it so much we eat here every week.
Furthermore, the staff is wonderful. They are friendly, very knowledgeable, and have made great recommendations to us based on what we like.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, it is all fantastic. My go to order is the kadhai chicken, garlic cheese naan, and chai tea 🙂
