I genuinely wish this Chick-fil-A wasn’t as good as it is, because then maybe I wouldn’t keep ending up back here. But they never miss. The line moves quick, the food is hot, the order is always right, and the team is ridiculously nice. It’s become my go-to guilty pleasure and at this point I’ve accepted my fate.

We visited the Chick Fil A at Patriots Place. This was a horrible experience. They lost our order supposedly. We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. They had to finally make our order. There was no apology. I was kind enough to move forward, after being instructed not to, as to let all of the cars (12)behind me go after being served. This was anxiety provoking due to the lack of space and many staff walking through. I also witnessed a bag ripping and dropping to the floor. The floor was hazardous for workers from everything that’s been dropped throughout the shift. Hopefully this establishment will make some adjustments for both their customers and their staffs satisfaction and safety.

These guys need to get their act together and fast. I ordered a large diet Dr. Pepper on a Monday at 1:30pm. I spent 25 minutes in the drive thru. I am absolutely astonished at the lack of urgency. Not only was the service horrific, but even if you want to just leave and not wait, the drive thru is designed where you CANNOT leave. I was trapped in my car with my infant child screaming at the top of their lungs. When I asked what was going on, one of the girls said the front keeps messing up the orders. I had my soda in hand and could not even drive off because there were five other cars in front of me.
Get it together because that was absolutely ridiculous. Again: 1:30 on a Monday.

I have been multiple times, different days and times. Sometimes we eat in, other times we have done take out and drive through. I have NEVER waited for food and have noticed how quickly the service is, actually. (The other reviews are surprising, honestly.) I even went the first week they opened around 6:30pm and expected to wait a lot longer than we did (there was 6 of us). Food is always out super quick and service is friendly. Food has been consistent and will be back!

for a brand new location, service is terrible. the five cars behind us received their order before we received our 2 simple meals. Even then, part of our order was missing. The employees were too busy rough housing outside, shoving each other, to pay attention to what they should have been doing.

The people are super nice considering their work load but the wait time is horrific. Spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive through for a mobile order for some chicken nuggets. I wouldn’t go here again but they are pretty nice!

The owner of this establishment should be ashamed, this is by far the worst chic fil a I have ever been too in regards of service. I was always under the impression that the entire franchise was based off stellar customer service. Workers were not helpful and quite frankly in a different world daydreaming.
