My friend & I love coming to this Starbucks during the week. We usually come on a weeknight when it’s not too loud to sit & talk. We love the drinks here & the service has been great. Nice atmosphere & wonderful drink selections. The seating is nice too. Very conveniently located to where my friend lives. We enjoy coming to this spot.

I normally never write reviews, but this experience really bothered me. I’ve been to this location many times through the drive-thru and have never had a problem—the staff is usually very friendly. Today I accidentally ordered my drink hot instead of iced on a mobile order and immediately apologized when I came in. The barista did remake it, but she seemed very annoyed the entire time. When she finished, she set the drink down and walked away without acknowledging me, even after I said thank you. I also noticed the new label had “HOT” underlined, which felt a bit condescending since I had already owned up to the mistake. A little kindness would have gone a long way.

I called and asked if I could get a pup cup for my pup without a purchase and was told over the phone that yes I could, so then I drove there only to be told 5 minutes after the call that I could not get a pup cup without purchase which is why I had called ahead of time to ask before going there. Nothing wrong with the policy but don’t tell a customer one thing on the phone and another the opposite when they arrive.

Ok, so it’s been a while since I’ve reviewed a food joint. Today it’s Starbucks turn. Unfortunately, the main driving point this review is highlight assuming idea that companies like this have a good grip on the value of good service. When I came in for a short remote work session, I was surprised at how ‘busy’ the EIGHT employees in front of me seem to be, including the manager that none of them could be bothered enough to even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to order. I was further shocked at the moments going by and still no acknowledgement, a few quick glances but none of them taking the time say anything. I would expect at least someone to confirm hey, ‘we are really busy doing other things but we see you and will serve you momentarily’. Nope! They kept right on working..those busy little baristas. In all, I suppose it took about 45 seconds before someone turned around and spoke to me. Not an earth shattering traumatic misstep, but I am a paying customer, and it’s just rude. Side bar, I not a big fan of the Java mermaid so this did not help. Anyway, now that I have found a seat in the seemingly half full lounge. The sandwich, Bacon and Swiss Croissant was surprisingly tasty and as for the drink, a moca cookie frap. It lacks an actually coffee taste unlike a latte expresso or Nespresso, yum. So far, the quiet atmosphere was the best part. Maybe next time will be better .

It was pretty good when I first moved down here in November.. recently the quality of drinks have gone down. Unsure if drink tickets are being read incorrectly, or maybe people aren’t trained well to memorize some of the recipes… Food wise, has been alright, minus being out of some items, despite already paying for them + with the app saying they were still in stock.
Definitely won’t be coming here any longer, sadly, because it was convenient for how close it was.

I stopped by on Saturday 2/7 around 4 p.m. and was met with an extremely long line wrapped into the Circle K. There was also a lot of trash accumulated outside, which was off-putting. To top it off, my Strawberry Shortcake Frappe was watery and not worth the $6+ I paid. It seems like the team might need more support on weekends to keep things up to standard.

Normal starbucks. Came around 9pm and not busy. Bathrooms are super clean. Batista was friendly and efficient. There is plenty of parking with a drive-thru. Conviniently located off independence with easy access.

Coffee tasted like my 11 year old made it… If you are a true American you will not enjoy visiting this start bucks. Go to Psalms Coffee Shop about 6 mins away. It is hands down 100 times better coffee. No wait and they are very friendly owners and workers!

Employees are rude. They do not have good customer service at all. They didn’t make my drink right nor do I want to go back to get it fixed. The girl at the window/who takes orders should find a new job because clearly making coffee isn’t enjoyable for her. The attitude is unnecessary, just do your job or find a new one! This happened 11/1/25 @ 10:40am.
