Usually have great experiences but I had a negative one this morning. Ordered a coffee with no whip, received one with whip, no big deal. I apologized to the woman at the window and told her I ordered with no whip. She took the drink back, with a terrible expression, and when she returned she got a pretty sassy stating either they didn’t hear me or I just didn’t order it that way. Again, never cracked a smile and acted like I was inconveniencing her.

I had a good experience with this Starbucks. After I told the manager that was working there that day what happened at a different coffee shop she was very helpful with what I wanted and what my wife needed. It was very nice to see someone understand what we were going through. This Starbucks was nice inside and the only difference was that they had boardgames you use to play there. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. I am happy about the whole experience.

Ordered a Grande Caramel Frappe made with almond milk, no whip, extra caramel drizzle and got what looked like milk and coffee just blended with ice.
And the girl who handed it through the window was rude.
Really sad when they are the only thing open when people who work night shifts are needing a caffeine boost.

I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops living in the city, and I don’t know what it is but the Starbucks here at my hometown always hits the spot. I am a coffee lover and I order the exact same thing everywhere, but this is the only place where they hit it spot on every single time.

Seriously not a fan of Starbucks due to over priced drinks. With that said… my daughter recieved a free drink for her bday. The staff at this location was great. A girl named Cate was really wonderful. The drink was good. If you do not mind the prices, go here.

I am a Starbucks *FANATIC*, however even though I love Starbucks, this location has definitely gone downhill in the past couple of years. I have come to this location a lot as it is the Starbucks that is closest to me, but after this morning, I am just going to go to Gilmer or someplace else entirely. I guess that ‘Jaycee’, or whatever her name was, at the window was new or something because when she handed me my very *HOT* caramel macchiato, the lid was not on properly and the entire drink went all over my side and my car. I did call the store and they were like ‘you can get a free drink’ – that is so beyond the point. A free drink will not treat the blotchy red burn mark on my skin or make the pain go away. Or get the sticky caramel off of my car and out of my seat cushion. In twenty-five+ years of coming to Starbucks, this has literally never happened to me before.
Also, I order the same exact drink (same recipe) and I have ordered the same drink for over ten years: a hot Venti Skinny Caramel Macchiato with 7 pumps of the sugar-free vanilla, upside down (stirred). Yet somehow at THIS location, it always tastes different. There is only one barista at this location that has consistently made my drink correctly.
This location’s saving grace is its individual baristas: when Jessica and Mike (Michael?) work the drive-thru I never have any issues. And Amy, who works afternoons/nights is amazing – she has always made my drink perfect.
What an awful way to start my day and what a tragic waste of $7.
