The staff here deserves so much better, they’re always very nice and try their best to accomodate, but this location always runs out of stock, or is never stocked properly to begin with. I haven’t had a mobile order that has been fully fulfilled and I only order 2-3 items at a time. Getting a refund from Dunkin has been miserable as they require a manual email process which drags the refund out for weeks.

when we first walked in, there was an old man stand at the cash register busy with his phone and even didnt greet us or say something after some minutes. i was like waited for him until he said something to us.
we took a while to think what we wanted, and decided to get half dozen of donuts.
he didnt know how to put in the order then suddenly a young lady came to help us.
but while i talked to that lady, that old man started to put the donuts in a box without asked me what i wanted and i saw him touching every single donuts with his fingers (remember he just touched his phone) eventho he used the paper but still his fingers touch the donuts and my craved for donuts suddenly disappeared. i told him can i choose what i want, and he started to throw back rudely 2 donuts and still with his finger touched the donuts, so good luck whoever will get those donuts.
i ended up still bought that donuts bcz it was happened when i already paid that and dont know what to do next with this donuts.

My wife & I stopped by this Dunkin’ almost every morning for over a 9 months. Might be the reason we can’t be homeowners -not the avocado toast. Consistent staff. Consistent food. Always nice! They work hard, the location stayed surprisingly busy, and we loved “starting our day” with familiar faces & a few bagels.

I have been very disappointed in this location lately. The donuts are never fresh. I went and got munchkins this morning and they tasted awful. You could tell they were days old and been refrigerated. So many donut stores around Birmingham area that have fresh donuts made daily.

Bought my kids here before school, just for some munchkins and coffee. The nastiest white lady took our order thru the drive thru as she was on the street talking to here friends. No type of customer service skills. I placed the order and was yelled at because she could not hear through her headset. I refuse to spend my money here to get disrespected by someone who clearly can’t respect themselves.

We have been visiting here from out of state all week and made a Dunkin run each morning. The staff has been pleasant and efficient every day and the young man at the window this morning was all smiles. And as usual, the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were delicious! Thank you!

3 strikes and you are out. Somehow the “kitchen” (a microwave) is closed nearly 2 hours before closing time? Workers are rude. Nasty. Avoid.
