Walked over for lunch today while getting my truck inspected next door. I really wasn’t expecting much since the last several meals I’ve had at some other locations were just not up to par. The quality of the food just hasn’t been what Sonic was in the past. However, this location exceeded my expectations. Service was extremely fast… almost too fast. But my cheese burger was hot and fresh, and the tots were right out of the fryer. The burger was flavorful, juicy and the toppings were fresh too. Made exactly as ordered. You guy brought me back to enjoying Sonic again! Thank you!

This location is amazing. Out of the 4 sonic locations I have been to. By far this one has had the best attentiveness. Regina and her staff go out of their way to make sure every customer is happy with their interaction and food. Thanks Regina, this location rocks.

Original post: Food was not hot on delivery, only just still warm, and not as good as other Sonics I have been to. Strange taste to my limeade like soap residue or something like that. Onion rings over fried to super dark and leather like onion. Lettuce on burger tasted strange too similar to soapy taste from limeade. Payment feature from screen where I ordered was not functional. Disappointed in this Sonic location.
Updated review: after I posted the review above, I was contacted by the GM who offered to re-make my order at my convenience and I took him up on that offer today. The Manager on duty was GREAT and remembered the GM talking about my experience to the crew. She personally took my order and delivered my food piping hot and waited to make sure there was no issue with my order. Fantastic management was absolutely demonstrated in their handling of my prior experience at their location.

Got home to find the order was completely wrong. Had to drive back and wait to get correct order only to get home to a chili cheese dog that had a bun so stale you couldn’t cut it and the onion rings were way over done. Will never go back. Awful everything.

I ordered the Crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken looked old and it tasted old, also ordered cheese burgers and meat tasted weird. Please give us fresh food. we are paying for the food, is not free.

Sonic is always a go-to fast pick-up for me if I want a treat. They always bring it out quickly. I order on the app when I pull in, but they always are fast to come. Ice cream and food are good too! Never mess your order up like some places do.

This review was well earned after several visits. They have very thorough order taking to make sure you have everything you need before the order is even delivered. Pair that with VERY fast, accurate and friendly service, which has not been my normal experiences from other sonic locations, this location has my business! You guys are rockin’ it!

I love Sonic. Just something about the drive-in restaurant that makes it special. Food is always consistent at any Sonic, and I am also pretty regular for Blasts or for Limeade Slush. It is one of the few restaurants, actually the only restaurant where I ever order a hotdog because their chili dogs are so good. Also the tots are so much better than getting French fries. What sets this location apart is that it is just so much cleaner than many. And the roller-skating young servers have all been just a slice of happy middle class teenage worker – polite, kind and accurate. This location does it right.
