Passing through Mount Pleasant and stopped in to the Starbucks on their main drag through town and had a wonderful experience.
All the staff were so pleasent and remembered my personal cup discount too. The time to get my delicious sandwich and perfectly made peppermint mocha was so short I had barely connected to the wifi when they were already calling my order out by name.
My rainy day was saved by this great crew!!

Mobile order for iced coffee with oat milk l. Get on hwy and take a drink they used regular milk. Anyone who’s lactose sensitive or intolerant would understand how this could have ruined my day If i wouldnt of noticed the taste difference. please be mindful and read the orders. If I had time to go back I know they would remake it for me but im passing thru… friendly crew tho.

My wife and I went inside. My wife ordered a sandwich and a small hot chocolate, and I ordered a small hot matcha . She received her sandwich in approximately 10-15 minutes. She was able to finish her sandwich before one of drinks came (she eats fairly slow). We waited a bit longer then it finally came. Then the other came 5-10 minutes later. Her hot chocolate wasn’t filled all the way, and we were already upset to the point it did not matter and we needed to escape their sloppy, poor service.

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to on my travels. Comfy, welcoming and friendly. It was nice to face the window outside and have a comfy booth. Food and drink made well and kind baristas saying hello and goodbye. It’s these types of locations I enjoy saying goodbye and have a nice day because the baristas make the experience so pleasant warm and welcoming. THANK YOU Mt Pleasant Starbucks ♥️

Had to wait over 40 minutes for my 2 drinks. They also didn’t make my order together so after a long wait for the first one and hoping I could leave I had to stay even longer to wait for my next one. All of drive through was served while the lobby customers had to wait. Didn’t even start serving the lobby till the drive through was empty.

Been there twice and not again. First time wouldn’t fill my 20oz yeti mug all the way, even that I told them the size. And coffee tasted burnt. Second time asked to give my yeti a rinse and coffee. Big brunet tells me it needs to be washed. So I asked where’s the bathroom. Then she told me I not allowed to do that. I left.

Ordered 2 Venti Iced Carmel Macchiato’s both with extra shot of espresso, line cup with Carmel plus extra Carmel.. Not only was there no extra Carmel, watched the girls as she made them, she lined the cup, added the milk, 3 shots of vanilla syrup (which I think it called for 5 if I’m not mistaken? Plus the syrup goes in after cup lining but before the milk, not after milk!) Then the espresso and lided it and served. I asked if there was extra Carmel because I didn’t see it on top like usual! She said it fell to the bottom… you tell me?? That’s the normal Carmel from lining the cup! Definitely not extra nothing! It wouldn’t fall to the bottom being freshly made either, this isn’t my 1st cup!.. Do better! Be consistent!
