No Name Pizza has excellent customer service. We had the Roma pizza. The crust was good, as were the toppings. As another reviewer pointed out, the pizza has a great crust to toppings ratio.
We also had garlic fingers. I wish there was a bit more garlic in/on them. However, the garlic fingers are also quite tasty.
The physical store/restaurant is also cute. It is clean, and it well decorated.
Further, the pricing is also average for pizza places.

$6.90 For a single slice of pizza….. This place has gone way downhill… quality and price wise. Pizza also taste like garbage compared to last time I was there. Will never be back here again…. absolutely ridiculous.. also a really bad area of town you are more likely to get robbed at any minute than anything else.

I’m shocked and appalled at the way I was treated by an employee at this establishment this evening.
I ordered a medium 4 topping pizza this evening (pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper and extra cheese)
The pizza that arrived had bacon and mushroom only and it was cold. Certainly not worth the $40 + dollars I paid.
Upon calling the store to ask if perhaps the wrong pizza had been delivered, I was told by an employee (Vanshika) that there was an error, and I could just grt a free pizza next time due to the error.
I thought this was a fair offering and gladly accepted the gesture.
15 minutes later I received a call retracting the offer, asking me to send a picture of the pizza, which i had no problem doing.
When I emailed the address I was given it bounced back.
I called the store back to let Vanshika know, after a lengthy wait in hold, Vanshika came back on the line to tell me she could send the driver back with a new pizza now and to pick up the incorrect one
(1.5 hours after the first was delivered)
I let her know this is not a suitable option for me as I have an early flight.
At this time Sharon (the manager) started yelling in the background.
I have personally never dealt with a manager who had a complete lack of understanding for customer service and quite frankly basic communication skills.

I would like start out by saying I have been coming to pizza place for years, the same lady has been working there years , she Always ensures my food is hot and fresh , She never misses a beat always makes sure everything i order is their . This applies to take out and dine in experience. Everytime i have eatin in its been extremely clean . With fresh food brought right to our table by friendly staff. Aging shout to the lady with glasses and dark hair, she one of the most hard working and devoted staff members of this establishment.

Arrived late into St. John’s and most restaurants were closed. Hotel front desk recommended No Name pizza. We ordered the Thursday special for pick up. Medium cheese pizza plus 2 toppings, garlic fingers and 1lb wings. We ordered ham and mushrooms for toppings. Pizza was really good, not greasy. Loved the thin crust. Garlic fingers was more delicious compared to the pizza because it had garlic and butter and cheese . Wings were alittle dry but we asked for the sauce on the side so the skin would not be soggy.
Delivery charges depended on distance from their store. I decided to pick it up.

Pizza wasn’t that bad and its a big slice of pizza. The staff was very polite and awesome to talk too. Place could use a bit of cleaning but it doesn’t take away from the pizza will come back

Ordered a pizza and some garlic fingers online. Called me about 20 minutes after I ordered to try and extort a higher fee out of me (even after agreeing to an absurd delivery charge of $7). My hotel was about 10 minutes from their store.
It was even cheaper to order this on door dash.
Unfortunately, they waited so long to tell me that of course nothing else is open now. I had a late night, worked all day, and was just looking forward to some dinner. Guess I’ll go to bed hungry.

No name pizza used to be really good, but has gone downhill considerably. Tonight, I bought a jumbo pizza and jumbo garlic fingers. After tax, the total was $56. That’s absolutely outrageous for subpar pizza and garlic fingers. The pizza had a skimpy amount of cheese and toppings. And it just has absolutely no flavor. The pizza is just so bland it’s unbelievable. Same goes for the garlic fingers, they’re super bland and have barely any cheese. I’ll never be back to No Name pizza. Why would I buy pizza here for so much money, when I can buy better tasting pizza and garlic fingers, for less than half the price at Domino’s. I’m very disappointed.

Furthermore, I was disrespected by a staff member who assumed I was a DoorDash driver and neglected to assist me appropriately. This oversight was both unprofessional and disappointing.
When I finally received my order, I was appalled by the quality of the food. The wings were dry, undercooked, and poorly sauced, making for a very unsatisfactory meal.
Overall, this experience has left me extremely frustrated.
