Great cocktail bar in downtown JC! They have a super extensive bottle selection and lovely cocktails. The staff members are super knowledgeable about all the drinks and very friendly as well. Will definitely come back.

This spot was a sweet treat. Rating it a 4.8. I was looking for a last-minute spot to grab a drink to celebrate my sister’s birthday and came across this location. I read that a waitress was let go for rushing orders, hope it wasn’t Talia! She was awesome and patient with us first-timers.
At first glance, the place is cozy, dark, and feels small-ish. Like a speakeasy feel. We were taken to our seats immediately. The plan was to order appetizers and drinks. We got just that! We ordered cocktails first, The Gabriella ($17) and Paper Plane ($15). The paper plane was perfect – not too sweet with a slight bitterness from the blood amara. The Gabriella was a tad too sweet, however. Our waitress was kind enough to change it to the Lolita ($17). Now for the appetizers, we ordered the Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls ($16) and Coconut shrimp tacos ($23). The egg rolls were the perfect savory bites with a great meat-to-roll ratio. But the cheese sauce paired with it was divine. I could have taken some sauce home. Lol So good! And last but not least, those tacos! Listen, I’ve had plenty of Coconut shrimps but this one was outstanding! The shrimp was juicy and coated with a sweet and spicy sauce, the mango Pico added that lovely texture and tart zing, and cilantro for a bit of fresh herbs. Omg, mouthwatering.. Lol, we enjoyed everything thoroughly. So glad we found this spot.
Management, great job. Good food, staff, and nice atmosphere.

We held our ‘post elopement’ party at Dullboy, and it was more perfect than I could have imagined. Marc and Francisco were responsive, proactive and thoughtful from day one. We rented out the space from 1-5pm, so they were able to hold their dinner service and offered a very generous rate. It was the most perfect event space- we used the indoor and outdoor patio in late October. Their heat lamps and roofed patio made for a fantastic space. Every single person raved about the food, space, drinks and atmosphere. Being a lazy event planner, I didn’t have to worry about a single decoration because the vibe is excellent.
If you are looking to plan an event- look no further! If I could rate 100 stars, I would!!!!

Awesome time at Dullboy. Haven’t been in quite some time, but happy to see the drink selections are still amazing! Sat on the patio and while it was a chilly night, they had heat lamps on and it was very comfortable. Worth it.

Dullboy is hands-down one of the best cocktail bars in Jersey City. We didn’t need a reservation and were able to grab a spot on their awesome patio—perfect for a chill night out. The vibes are absolutely immaculate: cozy, stylish, and effortlessly cool.
The craft cocktails are next level. I tried The Amazing Grace and Regina—completely different flavor profiles but both equally delicious. You can tell they put real thought into the ingredients and balance.
Food-wise, their burger and curly fries hit the spot, but the real standout was the coconut shrimp tacos—served on a purple tortilla that was as eye-catching as it was tasty. So good.
All in all, it’s the perfect spot for a date night or just great drinks with a cool atmosphere. A must-visit in JC!

Great cocktails and amazing food. Decor and seating are really nice however it is a little dark inside. Servers were kind and friendly and gave great recommendations. 10/10 would drink here again

First, have to give bonus points for the attentive staff. Francisco who seated us is so kind. Our server, Edwin, also made sure he paid attention to us and we never had to ask twice for anything. The cocktails were all fantastic, the burger was delicious. The restaurant treated us to perfectly foamed daiquiri shots (I think that’s what they were? I had already drank a delicious vodka martini at that point!). Really just excellent vibes all around, I’m sure we will be back.

Phenomenal drinks so creative. The coconut shrimp tacos were fantastic. I thought the tuna crudo tacos were a really clever idea but executed a little poorly. Would definitely go back to try more drinks and other food
