Definitely add this restaurant to your list.. We stopped here after shopping for a quick bite to eat.. The menu offers salad sandwiches and dinners .. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming.. The server was kind and happy .. Matter of fact, everybody was in good spirits..
So we ordered 3 different things to try out for lunch.. P said her chicken salad was well prepared. The salad and tomato were cold and fresh.. The chicken in the salad was delicious and not overcooked.. The Italian beef had melted cheese , green peppers, mushrooms , and onions on it with a side of crispy curly fries .. It was a hot and delicious sandwich .. jThis is 1 of the Best Italian beef sandwiches I have tried P said her chicken dinner was crispy and juicy with a side of curly fries.. She had soup along with her meal that was tasty.. The cornbread was soft and hot..
Thank You for a delicious meal.. I will return again for a slice of homemade pie ..

I was excited to try this place after going to Bailey’s center many times. Me and my mom stop there on the way to Bailey’s. It was breakfast time. Hoping they serve a full menu. Oh well. I ordered the breakfast burrito that came with a cup of sausage and gravy. My mom got the biscuits and gravy plate. We both love the taste of the gravy. My burrito was not too bad . A little small. I also ordered two pancakes. That’s when it went downhill. Some of the worst pancakes I’ve tasted. I had to used a lot syrup. It had that dried up biscuit taste. No flavor. I asked if they were buttermilk. Our waiter didn’t know. Because definitely it wasn’t. Told her what I thought. Host came by and also told her too. I got that vibe that they didn’t care. Like oh well. I still left a good tip. But I don’t know if i want to come back and try their lunch.

Pathetic chicken strips for $12. looked like a kids meal. Older waitress not very friendly. Forgot our appetizer. Never got it. Not impressed, outdated and overpriced. Even my kid said the place smelled funny.

Very neat stop in Northern Indiana. Large, open dining area. Food was good. I had ordered a breaded tenderloin. It was big enough it was hanging off the bun by quite a bit. The breading was a little different, but it was good. Fried were great. Service was very kind and appreciative of guests. Great local stop!

The food is very good. Many times we end up here on Sunday for dinner and often the special is roast pork, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans and dinner rolls. Excellent pork. The last time I got the breaded tenderloin and it was good but I think the roast pork is better. It is attached to Richard’s of Toto, a discount store that has a wide variety of stuff. It’s worth the detour off the main road for the Cafe and the store.

Cute little restaurant. Food was okay, clearly not super impressed with my rating. I ordered eggs, sausage and french toast. The french toast was horrible – not sure how anyone can get it wrong, but they did. Was also disappointed they didn’t offer real butter.

We come shopping out this way several times a year, but had never tried the Toto Cafe until yesterday. The service was so friendly, and our waitress was very attentive. My husband ordered the broasted chicken, I had the Alaskan pollack fish sandwich, homemade coleslaw, and curly fries (only thing I took a picture of). My toddler and four year old shared some chicken tender, fries and curly fries, and chocolate pudding.
Everything was great!! We would definitely return next time we are in town.

Great food and lots of hand made options. Would recommend the breaded pork tenderloin and a big appetite. My goto order here. All the menu items are big portions. Dine in and walk into the discount store for lots of great prices and a hige selection of items.
