OMGosh how have I not eaten here before? I went in, not really one who likes subs, but I was right there coming out of Urgent Care. I got a 4″ sub, cookie, and a sweet tea. The tea is great, cookies was DELICOUS, fresh, soft, YUM! I get in the truck and went ahead and ate my sub. First bite my foot started the “Thumper” thump! I sound like I should be on the Biggest Loser right now but OH WELL! I finished my sub and went back in with my “complaint”. I told the people working that I had a complaint. Their faces said it all. I said my box was empty and they were very confused. I had to confess I ate it all and was back for another 4″ sub. 4″ just wasn’t enough! Everything there was absolutely wonderful! I believe the woman’s name was Erin… I don’t know because I’m Erin as well… Any who, wonderful service, the food again was delicious, and I will definitely be back!!!

The employees at this Firehouse are always incredibly polite and welcoming! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a smile, and the service is fast and friendly. The store itself is spotless so clean and well-kept. It’s always a pleasure coming here!

It was a day that I genuinely did not feel good existing in, I hadn’t gone to firehouse subs before and went on a whim. The staff was friendly and answered the questions I had, I genuinely felt a bit better getting my food and then going home, I enjoyed the food and felt like things got a bit better for me, I’m submitting this the next morning as I only ate half of it the day I ordered it and it reheats pretty good too.

Update…another visit! We are never disappointed when eating here! We always feel welcomed here and again…by far the best Firehouse Subs location I’ve been too. This Jacksonville, NC location is the best! The staff and the subs are fantastic! The restaurant is always clean and constantly has a great sanitation grade! Today it was 100…again!

Glowing recommendation: read to end please. I went to this store and was disappointed with my sub, so I spoke to the owner. She gave me a deconstructed sub to take home to eat later so the veggies and bread didn’t get soggy and gross. -This- is why I’m loyal to Firehouse. Their subs are amazing & they are devoted to their customers. Thanks so much!

I’m sorry but they suck!!! I ordered a sm roast beef, I literally got one slice of roast beef on my sub!! All I could taste is bread and lettuce!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!!!!!

Talking and laughing with the staff about TV show RUGRATS, and The Wild Thornberry’s. Made me cheer up after the end of my shift at the hospital . Ordered sandwich with the new garlic bread, but forgot to ask for light sauce, (stomach issues), they kindly remade my sandwich, at no charge, as we continued to laugh about old memories of the two shows

Love this place! Food is always delicious and the employees are super friendly. The app is awesome for ordering to-go. Walk in, grab your bag, and on your way out in literally 2 seconds. Also on the app for your birthday they add a reward for a free medium sub. What’s better than that?
