Overall great franchise. The staff were pleasant and cordial. The food was hot and placed in bags like someone actually cared, everything was accurate, and was awesome! The only down side was the wait time. Didn’t have anywhere to be in a rush so not a big deal to me, but if received quicker I would’ve given 5 stars. If you like Popeye’s, this is definitely one of the better ones I’ve been to.

I stopped by this location on the way to Pensacola Beach and had the best fast-food service I’ve ever experienced.
The staff member Michael was incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in. He went above and beyond and recommended the blackened ranch sauce that we never tried before, and it was very good!

I am surprised this establishment is still operational. The lack of proper training and attention to service is concerning. There are two teenagers working who appear unfamiliar with the procedures and what needs to be done. The food served was apparently hours old, and even the biscuits were overcooked. None of the drinks were functioning properly; I tried Fanta, Coke, and Sprite, but none of them tasted right. I addressed my concerns with the staff member at the counter, but she seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and stated, “I don’t know what to do.” The manager responded by raising his voice rather than providing guidance or training. On my previous visit, I observed customers waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. There appears to be a lack of accountability, care, and willingness to improve service. I wonder what procedures are in place for inspection. If the staff members are unsure of how to serve food, it’s unlikely they are trained in proper kitchen cleanliness as well. From what I saw, the kitchen looked unclean. I decided to discard my food and leave. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this location.

$27.91 for a 2 piece meal for 2! Not only is the food not edible, no ice in the nasty tea,but had anyone in this store had a clue what they’re doing, we wouldn’t have been charged so much for the wrong food, cold food , old food and just all around unnecessary!!!!!!!
Do Better, and I expect to hear from someone about my refund! Just in case you can’t see it, we were charged for things we didn’t receive! Tomorrow by 8am or I’ll be on my way to talking to the BBB and anyone in Gulf Breeze that’s listening!!!! I’m sick of spending money in this town for crappy food and service!!!!!!

Went thru the drive thru and they told me to pull ahead because it will be five minutes 15 minutes later someone came out and said there sorry it will be another five minutes that the cook didn’t put in enough wings so I had to wait longer.so I said give me a refund and just give me what you have that is made up.She gave me my money but not my order. I waited another 15 minutes or so then went in to see what’s the wait and with a attitude she said she was getting my order ready stood there for a few minutes and told her cancel my order I want my money back. I will never go back there again,very poor service and people very disrespectful with a attitude.

I usually get the specials from their web page. I got six ghost wings and some tenders, and they were very good. There’s also a really cute girl working here in Gulf Breeze. That always helps when you’re ordering. But the food was cooked perfectly and taste great.

The manager of pop eyes in Guf Breeze, Florida, was the worst! She was constantly hollering at the (looked to be new guy) the whole time we were dining in. There were a lot of customers and complaints and an extremely long waiting time for everything. The guy working up front was really nice and treated everyone well. I don’t know how he didn’t blow his top off with that manager!

I absolutely love Popeyes chicken, and this location did not disappoint with the food—it was hot, fresh, and delicious! Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and ordered four meals: one kid’s meal, one sandwich, and two adult meals. I was asked to pull forward and wait, but I ended up sitting in my car for over 15 minutes.
When I went inside to check on my order, it took a while before anyone acknowledged me. A kind young lady eventually helped, and the young man said he was getting my food together. When I checked the bag, a chicken sandwich was missing, which took almost another 10 minutes to fix. With my 6-year-old waiting in the car, the delay was really frustrating.
The food itself was great, but the service needs improvement. I’ll probably order ahead next time to avoid the wait.

10/10 experience, I live in Navarre and rarely eat Popeyes, nice young named kali and helped me with my order and also gave me a very pleasant conversation. Manager Micheal also made sure to throw me some coupons and a great day as well. 10/10 recommend this location. One of the best I’ve been too

Me and a dasher were waiting for our food and realized, A lot of people think Popeyes is fast food but if your a considerate person than you’ll understand that it’s really not. They have to prep batter and fry the food which I would hope they fry it for the full cook time to avoid sickness. The team is very well communicated and also communicate with us customers to let us know what specifically we’re waiting on and how long we will be waiting, every visit! I’ve noticed that the workers work very well together and help each other and every way possible. Of course I notice the few who do not. But that does take away from those who do ! Just writing this to let them know , us considerate people we see , we understand, and we get it !! Thank you for doing and being your best !
