A nice, clean restroom. But I ordered a Cold Foam Mocha and the drink was not dark in color at all and had no sugar. It didn’t taste like chocolate at all, unfortunately. I ordered a Large fry that was only halfway full.

I would like to share my recent experience in a respectful way, as I believe customer feedback helps improve service.
During my visit, the wait time to place and receive my order was quite long. Additionally, when my order was taken, I was charged for a medium size without being asked whether I preferred regular or medium. I believe customers should be asked their preference before any assumption is made or extra charges are applied.
I also felt uncomfortable with the way I was addressed by the manager with purple hair. The interaction came across as rude and disrespectful, which was disappointing because good customer service is very important to clients.
I understand that busy moments can happen, but I kindly suggest reinforcing clear communication and respectful customer service to ensure a better experience for everyone.

Lots of crowns, but there was no play area. This was a disappointment for me. I love it when my grandkids can play and I get to drink Diet Coke. They did have Diet Dr Pepper which was nice. The burger was great and the chocolate shake was quite delicious too.

I am a first time customer here at this location. Instead of being greeted professionally, I prompted the manager on duty to unlock the restroom door so I can use it before I order. Before I can enter the restroom the mangager told me to “keep the bathroom clean”. Immediately I felt racially profiled because that was very unnecessary and unprofessional to say at a paying customer. The guy in front of me gets the manager on duty undivided attention including a greeting before ordering, I’ve gotten totally ignored when it was my turn to order. MANAGER ON DUTY(11/19/2025) needs to be retrained on how to respectfully acknowledge paying customers.

I started sitting at the speaker box of the drive-thru, at 12:30am this morning. I got my food at 12:50am. A couple of weeks ago, the same situation occurred, around the same time. There was a car at the box, and i was directly behind that car. I waited 15 minutes in that exact spot, until i decided to leave. I’m not blaming anyone, but…damn. I’ve worked in restaurants for 25 years. Every one of them could cook an extra-well-done steak, with all the sides, in that time.

I went through the drive-through, hoping it would be a bit faster than going inside but I was sadly mistaken. At the ordering box, I ordered two things of chicken nuggets and fries both with ranch. Then I had to wait about 10 minutes to pay, then another 10 minutes to receive my order. Now, I don’t mind waiting, but a “your food will be ready in a few minutes, please pull to the side” or something like that would have been nice. Anyways, when I checked bag, I noticed that I didn’t receive my ranch. So I knocked on the woman and told her that I didn’t get my ranch, she argued that she put it in the bag but she didn’t. So I showed her that there was no ranch and she finally got it for me. May I note that she had an attitude when she handed me the sauce and she didn’t even apologize for her mistake.
I honestly think some of the staff at this location need to work on their customer service skills because there was no need for to be arguing with a customer over some sauces that she forgot to put in the bag. It was also her mistake, so she should have apologized for her mistake and for being so rude.

Went at lunch time in the day they started selling their new hand breaded chicken sandwiches. We ordered two, one each with mozzarella sticks. They came barely warm and therefore quite greasy. It was real chicken, but the sauce was not a good flavoring. Not to be compared with Popeyes, if you are thinking of this as an alternative. The mozzarella sticks were empty, just hollow tubes
I fully recommend avoiding this on the menu, just not nice at all. I have included photos to go with this review.

This is my first time at this location and all I can say is this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to and will not be coming here again. I ordered two spicy wraps which I eat on the regular so I was a bit shocked to see that they cut the meat in half which was a bit disappointing and as you can see below I was given the classic wrap as well which I didn’t even order but I definitely expected to see a full chicken strip not half . I’m glad someone re made it the right way but I hope this can be fixed for all the customers who orders the chicken wraps in the future . This is something I will be forwarding to higher ups because I feel you should do better with your customers.

This is the closest Burger King to my job and I usually don’t have a problem with it but I will say that the young lady that was the cashier yesterday should really be trained on how to make items. I asked for that goofy SpongeBob drink and Ashley was making it she said that she didn’t even know how to make it and butchered that thing lol. I’m not going to hold it against her but maybe there should be a little bit of training for new items that are coming out. I’m still going to continue coming to this location

Burger King is always solid. The food is tasty and the Whopper never disappoints. Service can be a little slow at times, but the staff is friendly and the food always comes out fresh. Great place for a quick bite
