Asked a simple question and got an answer that I felt a manager could answer better. Rather than tell the truth to another adult that knows managers actually have to be on site they lied and said they had no way to contact him another one walked 2 “booths” (yes) over and said he would “be right there after helping another customer(at another competing business no doubt, or in the bathroom since thats all there is at a service plaza, oh and gas. The personal lie and have no business responding to an actual issue. Pizza Hut Corporate: Manager is not on duty or not helping ANYONE SINCE THEY SIMPLY SAY HES NOT THERE. I could have been undercover corporate and yes you should try this and be disturbed. “Not suited for anyone with need to EVER possibly speak with a manager-For any reason that you don’t share with staff- as you will waste your time..a local that understands the behind the scenes basic type of businesses

Extremely disappointed. I asked for a simple cheese pizza for my child, and Patrick refused to make it. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The staff seemed lazy and unwilling to help. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Pizza Hut location. Skip pizza Hut and go for Wendys.

We bought 2 personal pan pizzas and 2 chicken Alfredo. The gentleman who check us out was very nice and professional. We take our food to the car to eat because we were charging our car and as soon as we opened the chicken Alfredo a strong strong smell of fish rushed throughout the car, and yes the chicken was spoiled rotten. We go back to the counter and tell the guy who ran us out that the food was spoiled and he opened the boxes and was in such disgusted as well. He called the manager over and told him that both pastas were rotten, the manager was like ok, do you want a fresh pizza instead… he really didn’t care and wasn’t concerned like if this happens all the time. Not good at all. Please be careful when ordering from here. My kid who took 1 bite from their pasta has been sick for 2 days now.

Supervisor was rude after we ordered two pizzas wings and a salad…we asked for fresh pizza and he complained to his staff…then we asked for fresh wings and he shouted “we need to kill a chicken they want fresh wings”… with the salad he gave us pomegranate dressing when we asked for ranch and complained about needing to restock from the back…zero customer service experience 45$ worth of food we asked for our money back…do not buy food here!

Anyway…the Alfredo Chicken…
bought 2 and a few boxes of pizza.
Packaging is large and the tin foil container plate is large…once you open it up…ha ha ..not very much pasta or chicken… especially for the price.
We were already back on the road otherwise would have returned and asked for a refund or asked…fill the container up.
Pizza? Cut into 4 pieces, no taste, bland.
I didn’t remember why we stopped ordering from Pizza Hut a few years ago until today…

1 star is generous. Their closing time is a variable it seems. I got there at 8pm. They told me they close at 9pm but we’re out of food and we’re done for the day, meaning cleaning up to go home early I guess. It was very clear by his response and attitude he hated being there. Very disappointing

I ordered 3 breadsticks and was charged $5.21 because Manager Bruno said the $3.70 price was when you get it as a combo…However, the combo price says 2.79. How does that makes sense? The price of $5.21 is no where to be seen.
