the staff were super polite to us and worked in a very professional manner. The rewards on the app were easy to apply to the bill. We got our food very fast and it was a great temperature to eat it at. Overall our experience was amazing and the staff even asked us if we had a preference of where we sat.

Sam, our waiter is incredible. My son has coeliac’s disease and Sam wasn’t too sure about it the first time we went in so he actually spent the time to come over and ask us questions so he could understand even better than training staff as usually provided. We have never experienced this amount of care for my son in any restaurant around the world. Sam is extremely friendly and personable. Excellent service as always. The pizza is divine. All of us had different (part of 7) and every one of us said how amazing it was. The fact they use rice flour for working on means that Pizza Express is coeliac safe. Please keep up the good work. It’s an excellent restaurant with excellent staff and food. We highly recommend Pizza Express for everyone, particularly coeliacs which is a massive bonus.

The incredibly thin base, a variety of flavours & cooked to Perfection. The service was efficient and professional. The only criticism was the music was a little loud. Probably because the number of tables occupied was low. Amazing Pizza. Multi fillings.

Friendly but not particularly attentive service. The food is better than average for a pizza chain, and the ingredients all seemed fresh and good quality. The house salad dressing is very good! Love the atmosphere of the location.

The food was okay and the atmosphere good, we were seated quickly, and the wait for food was moderate and tolerable. But what soured my experience was being unfairly upcharged on food.
I went there as part of a group of four and we ordered the “Feed four for £50 deal”. All of the sides were in order, but the pizzas, which were requested to be large, were in fact of a regular size. We believed this could simply be us not being used to their portion sizes and proceeded with the meal.
When we got the check, they had almost doubled our bill by giving us smaller pizzas and claiming that the promotion didn’t apply any longer, despite the waitress who took our order acknowledging we were ordering that specific deal and us requesting large pizzas. We paid so much more for so much less food.
I will not be returning unless I can be made certain that my order will be taken properly and I will not be made to pay more for less food.
If you do decide to dine here, make sure everything adds up correctly on your bill when you receive it.

I have enjoyed a few meals here now with my children and food is delicious… but it’s the people and the service that makes it such a lovely place to go to. Additionally….after another fab meal, at the weekend my little girl left behind a toy and the guys today couldn’t have been any kinder or more helpful with finding it today though it was lunchtime and busy. The food was delicious, we had a sloppy guiseppe and a calzone which were both really nice. Pizza was a touch overdone, but the flavour made up for it.
Had the hot honey dough balls, which was a combination that I never thought would work, but I was definitely wowed! The billionaires sundae was incredible, I’ve never tasted something so delicious!
The service, however, wasn’t great. The young girls who worked there all looked really miserable as if they had better places to be! It was a shame as it definitely let the whole meal down with the food being wonderful.

I had the pleasure of dining at the forum pizza express yesterday, and I can confidently say that the service we received from our waitress, Tabatha , was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we were seated, Tabatha made us feel right at home with her warm and welcoming demeanour.
She was not only attentive and quick to take our order but also offered thoughtful recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable. It was clear that she knew the menu inside and out, providing excellent suggestions for wine pairings and explaining the ingredients with enthusiasm.
