The food was good n tasty. Very fresh. The best KFC we’ve been to in a while. However, the lobby needed sweeping VERY bad. They weren’t busy and they were ahead on prep. So instead of visiting it would have been a good thing to habe someone cleaning floors and washing tables. But over all….we enjoyed it.

Poor customer service skills. Shorted us on food, did not supply any silverware or napkins.
The drive through worker with the choker was incredibly rude. Stacy’s name is on the receipt. Manager offered to compensate us for shorting us on our order which we paid full price for. Not worth the gas to drive to get more awful food from such a rude establishment.

Wedge fries were old, sandwich had enough mayonnaise to use as dip for the popcorn crumbs of chicken. Still giving them 4 stars considering it was close to closing, & they seemed to be working through some issues on their line. Young lady working the register was helpful & on point. Place looked nice & service was fast.

One star only cause I have to. Went in for dinner this evening and once again a huge disappointment. I can’t understand why fast food has become acceptable to be bad food? Everything was old. Being someone who has been in the food service industry years ago, I always took a pride in providing and quality food product and a enjoyable experience. Cleanliness, politeness and warmth to the guest. All of which was non existent here and many other places. How hard is it to make less more often then a lot at once and serve horrible food that has sat? Not to even mention the food save hazards that go with holding food that long. I will never return.

I ordered online 3 hours ahead of time and when I got there they informed me they could not fulfill my order because they were out if chicken. It’s amazing that a fast food chain that only does chicken is out of chicken. The lady working drive through was also pretty rude over the speaker and didn’t offer any resolve. This location and Anoka are always out of items. Only location that is worth going to is Blaine.

Only giving this place 2 stars because their food is decent. Other than that, service is below average. Always missing parts of my order. When I come back around to grab the rest of my order, no apology was ever given. Always out of chicken. Could be a supply chain issue? Maybe switch to another company to help out with keeping your inventory stocked. Seems like they always are short staffed and the ones working there seem not to care about their job. Maybe in the hiring process, pay more attention to people and choose quality vs. quantity. Instead of fixing their giant hole in the ground at the drive-thru, they think putting up cones and cardboard would fix the problem. If you want better service and employees, don’t bother going to this location. You’re better off going to places like Raising Cane’s or chick fil a. P.S, if you guys want $15/hour starting wage, you should always do more than the bare minimum and focus on the details.

Met my husband for dinner at KFC. This restaurant has been redone recently inside. New seats, booth coverings and a raised table with high seats. Bigger seating area for a large group, maybe. Very nicely done. Clean. Friendly staff. Good amount of parking, handicap accessible. We usually get the buffet. Tonight, the buffet needed to be refilled when we got there. I asked for original recipe breasts and was told they would be refilled. I had some wings, potatoes and gravy, applesauce and a biscuit for 8.99, all you can eat and drink. My husband got the senior buffet for 8.19 He went back a second time, and did say buffet was refilled. Their drive thru was busy the whole time. It is KFC. Their food is good, fast, easy. Good option for fast food with easy access from the highway in Elk River.

I had a mashed potato bowl. Was the worst food I have gotten there. The chicken was like trying to chew on rocks. Very hard not even warm. Hardly no gravey in bowl. Like a spoonful. Food quality has bottomed out at this location. Will not dine there again. Chicken sat around to long.very bad

This restaurant has gone downhill. I watched a girl cleaning the buffet with a dirty rag that she allowed to drop in several food trays and then just spread it around. The food warmer did just that, the food was slightly warm, definitely not hot. The area around the soda machine was really dirty and not stocked. I won’t go back.

Went through the drive through with my husband for lunch. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal. And they forgot the fries and sauce. Unfortunately we didn’t notice till we got home. But how annoying…… it’s not cheap to eat out anymore then have half your food be forgotten. Ugh the sandwich itself was GREAT. But I’m still hungry….
