This place is interesting, good interesting but jeez.
We went with my aunt and uncle and we all got tenderloins, I’d say we waited at least 30 minutes, when we did get them they were extremely weird looking, and you want to talk about hard, like break your teeth hard, I’m almost surprised I Dident break a tooth. And to add, they weren’t even warm.
Fires were good, hot and crispy.

the best tenderloin i’ve ever had!! it’s ginormous, super tasty and STILL good heated up! this massive tenderloin is enough to split between 2 people. it’s not beat to hell like a thin frisbee either, this thing is plump and juicy. make sure you stop by to try it!! we’ve also been for breakfast – recommend a mushroom/bacon/cheese omelette. so good! also- I believe they are open 7 days a week, normal hours (I think) not just for 2 hours on Fri/Sat. I’ll try and mention it next time so they can update their hours online!

While passing through the area for work, I stopped by around lunch. Miss Pattie encouraged me to try their tenderloin, claiming that is was amazing. Well, she was right. Absolutely delicious and huge!! I will be back.

I brought my daughter for dinner and had a great experience. The staff was so friendly we were greeted right away and the food was excellent. They checked on us throughout to make sure everything was good.

We stopped by this past weekend for Homecoming and had such a great time! The food was fantastic — they had a limited menu for the weekend with smoked pulled pork and grilled burgers, both of which were delicious. The staff was friendly and professional, and the owners were out greeting guests and making everyone feel welcome. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and the General Lee even made an appearance on Saturday, which added to the experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Have been wanting to try their BPT sandwich for a while. I’m sure all their food is good, but trust me on this one, the BPT has to be one of the best around!
Shout out to Chase. Very nice guy working there!

Wow, I really wanna say something good. One server there is great. The other one is awful..I waited 23 minutes and was the only one waiting for food. This is the 3rd time with the server and every time. was terrible. 1st time waited 4 ever to not even get order right. 2nd time, just as bad. The 3rd and final time I left after waiting 23 min for eggs and toast. Yes the same server. Never written down any order. She should not be a server. What a terrible way to get and keep customers. I wont point her out on google. Let’s see if the owner ask me which one…Update… Brook is Awesome… I will now frequent the establishment

Stopped in at 67 Boar’s Nest in Paragon, IN after hearing a lot of buzz about their breaded pork tenderloin. Called ahead, told it’d be ready in 8 minutes for $11, but it ended up taking about 20 due to a mix-up. Staff apologized, offered a free drink, and were very friendly.
All was forgiven when I opened the box. The sandwich was huge—about 1.5x the bun, thick cut, not pounded thin. The breading had this subtle sweetness, almost like a hint of funnel cake, and it clung perfectly without falling off. The pork was incredibly tender, almost juicy, and the bun and toppings were spot on.
Hands down the best tenderloin I’ve ever had—better than any chain or big-town restaurant. Hard to believe it’s in a town of only 700 people, but that’s Indiana for you. The heat and soul of our state, wrapped inside of a sandwich bigger than the bun, in a town smaller than a high school gym.
