This is why the minimum wage SHOULD NOT be $15. Can’t read, can’t comprehend, can’t perform. Spent $25 for 2 things to be right and “Pepper” thought I wanted 2 free drinks to make me feel better. NO, I want a redelivery or my money back. I can’t wait for the next Chipotle boycott!!!! Corn on tacos is like pineapples on pizza in my opinion and I paid $25 to make sure my opinion was heard but clearly the Chipotle workers fed me what they wanted me to eat. Pitiful. I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

I had tried the Chipotle further down Pratt street but walked out after I saw the condition of the food in the trays. This location is much better run. Everything was fresh and was being brought in. The location is kept clean. The service was very good.

Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food places! The service was good, employees were nice. My only complaint is that the ice machine wasn’t working and the music was pretty loud. Besides that, amazing!

Chipotle Baltimore is located in a prime spot, directly in front of the Aquarium, with plenty of seating available. Around 60% of the tables were clean when we visited. Chipotle has always been our go-to place, so nothing new there. The food was served in generous portions, especially the bowl—but the guacamole was disappointingly salty.

Our experience with the restroom was frustrating. When we requested access for our toddler, the staff told us we had to first make a purchase before they would allow us to use it. Even though my spouse was already in line to order, they refused to provide access until payment was made. On top of that, the restroom door code was not working, and an employee had to manually unlock the door using a key. The restroom itself was clean, but the process to access it was unnecessarily difficult and inconvenient.

Parking is quite challenging in the area. I’d recommend using a parking garage and taking time to enjoy the Inner Harbor.

This is the worse location I’ve ever had to deal with. We ordered salads and they sprinkled lettuce. We literally ordered everything extra except the protein and they gave us baby food. On top of that, we ordered salads and they had no dressing. That’s the purpose of salad. Then, me being me, I wanted to speak to a manager before I addressed it with corporate. One thing they don’t know is I actually know a lot of higher ups for the company. The manager gets mad at me because I pointed out that they should be 86’ing their salads so guests are aware they don’t have it. This will provide us with clarity so we can order from a different location. She goes and hands the phone to another person who didn’t care either. Do better! Hire better managers! Serve better food! This was ordered though the app.

This was our second time going to this location. We ordered online. It was about 20 minutes late. We ordered 2 kids’ meals, 2 burritos, and 2 bowls. The kids’ meal was missing a pinto bean, 2 kids’ drinks, and 2 kids’ chips. The burritos were wrapped in paper and falling out of their paper wrapper and just rolling around in the bag. The bowls: one was missing cheese but had extra salad, and the other bowl was missing the extra salad. My husband went back in to get the rest of the meal. The people up front were nice and fixed everything. (They had no chocolate milk, and we didn’t know about the missing beans, cheese, and lettuce but they gave us apple juice and another bag of chips).
The first time we went in, there was no rice or beans. I asked for a discount and they said no.
We won’t be back to this location.

Amaya was absolutely amazing when making my order! I was in Baltimore visiting and thought they still had the honey chicken, Amaya informed that they didn’t but gave me a better option. Amaya even allowed me to sit in the dining area while I decided on if I wanted the Chimichurri Steak instead of the chicken. When I came back in line she stopped what she was making in the kitchen just to come and make my order. It made me feel really special. Katelyn who was the manager on shift saw Amaya kindness, and Katelyn recommended the red chimichurri sauce. Really great people and really great service.

I understand why this store has an overall rating of 3/5. I love chipotle and go to one each time I travel. This store had decent food but the staff was rude and provided a negative experience. They rushed me to order, made an annoyance face when I asked for things, and overall gave the impression I should be apologizing to them for ordering something. As I mention, the food was on par with most Chipotle’s but the service at this one was not. If this is type of service expected based on new managements approach then I guess it can be considered fine. I was not provided veggies in my burrito like I asked, I was given 3 bell peppers for my burrito bowl, and was not given enough time to select the toppings I wanted.

I coordinated a marching band group to visit the Inner Harbor (very briefly!) on a Friday evening. When I called another local establishment, they were extremely helpful in working with our needs. Chipotle is impossible to get through to, even to talk to a manager. When I did finally get through, they were unwilling to help us. We put in a lot of extra work to let our kids have their dining choice. That being said, when we arrived, the meals were ready and labeled, so that part was great. I had few minor complaints that some of the bowls didn’t have much food in them, but overall, everyone seemed reasonably satisfied. The tables were not very clean, so I gave atmosphere only 4 stars. I do appreciate that we didn’t have to wait for our orders and helped us have enough time to see the aquarium.
