I stopped here on my way to Florida and ordered my favorite! The Peanut butter Parfait with strawberries on top. First taste it tasted pungent and the more I taste , the more sour it became. I ate about an third of it and called back to the store. I spoke to Leah and of course she stated that it couldn’t be pungent, yet I’ve never had one that tasted like this before…Leah didn’t offer me anything for my inconvenience nor a refund. I threw the rest in the trash.

We got three triple bacon cheese burgers and the bacon was barely browned and was still pink and rubbery… It was highly uneatable to put it nicely, who ever cooked the burger definitely didn’t do their job. But the service at the window and the taking of the order was good…

The DQ in Tifton(Tift Avenue) made my Blizzard perfectly a couple weeks ago. I get a Turtle Pecan Cluster. It was blended with chunks of chocolate and pecans. It was delicious! The DQ in Sylvester today obliterated my Blizzard. What does that mean? It means they mixed it so long the chocolate and most of the pecans were chopped into minute pieces. As you see in the photo, the chocolate is also whipped so long it’s adhered to the side of the cup. The girl at the window was friendly in both stores and service was good in both as well. I’m sorry I don’t have a photo of the Tifton Blizzard, I didn’t know then I would need one for comparison. Some might call me picky, but I like what I like and I just feel like the Blizzard I received at Sylvester DQ was a waste of $5. I suppose I need to post this on the Sylvester Google page as well.

I had stopped in on my way to Florida and was tired and just needed dinner. They forgot part of my order and I didn’t realize it till I got back to the hotel so I didn’t get to eat. Thank goodness enough of the order was there so my grandchildren and great grandchild could eat. I have a walking disability so going back out was difficult at best

I paid for an upgrade on fries and drink. I received the large drink but barely received any fries. I only have a 30 minute break so there was no going back. I called several times but the line stayed busy.

What a profound surprise to have the excellent service, delicious burgers and the cleanest restaurant I have been to in a long time. I travel frequently and it’s a hit or miss for me but I enjoy seeing the commitment the manager has. Kudos to the manager and her dedicated professional staff as everyone was working together like a well oiled machine. It was a great experience for my granddaughter and we will return.
