I have been to this location many times. They normally do a really good job, but today I went there because there was a promotion for nacho day. Was very disappointed, the portion was extremely small (about half the normal portion). Normally they fill the bowl up, I guess the store was trying to save money because of the promotion or something. I will definitely not be ordering from this location in the future.

I had an amazing experience at QDOBA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. My bowl was loaded, well-balanced, and made exactly how I like it — you can tell they really care about quality and presentation.
I especially want to recognize Maz for the outstanding service. Maz went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Friendly, professional, and very attentive — truly made the whole experience even better.

Message to chipotle you gotta up your game cuz that place QDOBA is way better than any chipotle i have ever been to literally got the same amount of protein ( without paying extra )as double scoop from chipotle with free guac this plate would have been 18 bucks at chipotle for prolly lesser amount . PLUS the frendliest staff ever and playing some freaking good music (purple rain ) and the place is clean and so nice

Me and my friend (he is a head chef, and I am a manager) decided to hang out today, and we were hungry, so we came here. We both ordered rice bowls, and we expected the usual generous scoops of each item, like chicken and beans. Unfortunately, there was barely any chicken in our bowls. Watching the food being served was a very disappointing experience.
When we are paying full price, we expect a fair portion of food. Instead, what we received felt careless and unsatisfying. On top of that, the beans lacked flavor compared to what I’ve had in Boston and other places. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience, and I hope the restaurant improves both the portion sizes and the taste.

I have yet to come to this location and decided to come in for lunch today. Ash handled a busy restaurant by herself and nobody felt like they waited me and my coworkers had a great experience. The food was delicious and Ash definitely made us laugh with her quirky jokes. We will be back.

After ordering food and paying for it, they inform us that they are out of forks. I ordered a salad and my husband got a bowl. Quite difficult items to eat without a fork. Also after ordering a salad and asking for citrus lime vinaigrette dressing, they go looking for it and say they don’t have any. Such incredibly poor customer service. No offer for a refund for not being able to eat our food. I will definitely not be returning to this Qdoba again.

My husband and I went there in the late afternoon on a Sunday. It was an AWFUL experience and we will NOT be returning to THIS location. I ordered a salad and my husband ordered a bowl. When I asked for Citrus Lime Vinaigrette for my salad, they acted liked they never heard of it. The manager to the worker that they may have some in the back. After checking there wasn’t any. Then, after paying and saying we were eating in the restaurant, we went to get forks. We were told they were out. How do you eat a salad and a burrito bowl without forks. They are in a shopping center. GO buy some forks. The manager was very RUDE and dismissive. We ended up leaving, but had already spent over $30!

I had such a great experience at Qdoba! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The restaurant was clean and well organized, and everything came out quickly. What stood out most was the team — they were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. You can feel the positive energy and teamwork as soon as you walk in. Definitely one of the best Qdoba visits I’ve had, and I’ll be coming back again soon!

The HTC Qdoba has been my family’s go-to fast casual restaurant for many years. It remains one of the best darn meals a crisp 10 bill can get you. Tasty and reasonably nutritious coming in satisfying portions. The location has had its ups and downs in terms of service quality, but I am proud to be a loyal customer at all times because HTC’s Qdoba earned my brand loyalty in their early days. I have gotten through gift indecision on multiple family birthdays by relying on the ol’ Qdoba gift card. My mom is especially a fan. Three cheers for Qudoba!!!
