Worth the wait and worth the hype – this is hands down the best BBQ I’ve ever had. I finally stopped by and ordered the 2-meat plate with fall-off-the-bone ribs and brisket both lean and wet. Incredible flavor.
My wife had the turkey and jalapeno cheese sausage, which takes 3 days to make and its was incredible. Texas twinkies – they are a must!
Loved it so much we went back the next week. I had the 4-rib plate and my wife got the stuffed baker with pulled pork. Everything was phenomenal. You’ll become a regular after the first stop, and those beans…man!

I visited Burns Bbq & Catering Co. in Greenville, Texas this week for lunch.
I have followed their page for a while but have not made the time to visit until now.
I ordered a variety of the meats that are available on weekdays as well as one side. The staff was friendly, their process was fast and the space was clean for a food truck in a grass and gravel parking lot.
Brisket: I ordered sliced with a portion of lean as well as moist. Ordering to go means your meat portions are wrapped in foil and placed in a bag which can make it meld together vs being served on a platter or in a container with open air space. I tried a piece from each portion and it had good flavor.
Turkey breast: this was moist and had a small drizzle of sauce that complimented the turkey very well.
Jalapeño cheese sausage: smooth grind with small pieces of pepper and cheese, this was great.
Pork belly burnt ends: these were tougher than I would have liked but the flavor was good.
Pork spare ribs: great crust, flavor and consistency.
Pinto beans: simple soft beans- these were perfect.
Overall I should have ordered less and ate it on site vs taking a bite of each item then going home to reheat later. Some BBQ is not great when reheated. I have eaten at (only, don’t judge ) 4 other BBQ joints in Texas and I ha e to say that the overall quality of the food, from the BBQ to the sides, was most excellent . This was my first but not last time going and the Pork Belly burnt ends, Brisket, coleslaw, and creamed corn was fantastic. I need to try the ribs and sausages next time I go and I expect them to be of great quality as well!

I ordered 7 pounds of brisket 4 pounds of sausage with Ricky. It came with a huge tub of barbecue sauce, onions and pickles. Burns BBQ is so moist and tender with the perfect amount of flavor. A lot of my guests wanted doggy bags. Whether you’re passing through town or planning for a party, they are easy to find on Hwy 34 in Quinlan. 10/10!!!! Way better than Duncan BBQ in lone oak! The food is amazing! And they have burned pork ends! I generally don’t like Cole slaw because of the mayo but this place is has one of the most refreshing coleslaws I’ve had. Top tier! Highly recommend. If you’re driving past it and don’t stop, you are missing out. The staff is also amazing! Seriously thank you guys for the dinner/ feeding my family tonight. You have a costumer for LIFE! Btw, definitely will cater with yall in September!

Went by here this afternoon to try it for the first time. Everyone though it was fantastic. We had 1lb of Brisket, Jap cheddar sausage, turkey, burnt ends. We got a dozen hot links and the loaded fries.
