Hearty comfort food with a twist doled out in a chic, vibrant hub featuring an open kitchen & a bar.

Lovely dinner! We came here before a show at the Majestic Rep across the street and our server, Courtney, was kind enough to ask if we had a show or anything to go to make sure we were out on time.
For my order, I got the seared scallops, and they were perfection! There was celery root puree that it sat on and it was wonderful. 3 large scallops, flavored wonderfully, and the sear was great. I also tried the fries from my sister’s burger order, very good thin fries. I would absolutely come back and try their other options!

When we’re in Vegas, we skip the Strip and tourist traps. We prefer to spend our time where the locals are eating and drinking at small, boutique-style restaurants that feel authentic and are usually full of regulars.
One of the best areas for that, in my opinion, is the Arts District. On our most recent visit, we decided to check out Main St. Provisions, and it turned out to be a whole experience.
The space itself is tastefully laid out, and a classy décor that feels welcoming without being pretentious. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Kim, who is truly a lovely soul. She made us feel right at home.
As luck would have it, we were there on the day their chef, Ellie, was competing on Hell’s Kitchen, so I had to try her special pork chop from the show. My wife ordered the short rib, and we shared the Brussels sprouts and a Caesar salad. Everything was beautifully plated and tasted just as good as it looked. The pork chop was perfectly seasoned, and the glaze took it to another level. The short rib was equally impressive, tender and comforting, like a mini roast.
For appetizers, we started with the Fry Bread and Dips, which were sooo addicting. Cocktails were a must, my wife had the Fig-urativey Speaking, and I went with I Know the Owner. Both were on point. We also enjoyed wine with our meals, though unfortunately I can’t remember which ones.
Lastly, shoutout to our server Desiree, who was fantastic and added to an already great experience.

One of the best meals I had in Las Vegas – food was superbly prepared, our server was great (Jay), and the cocktails were tasty. We met the owner and the executive chef – both super friendly and positive on the restaurant. Everything we had was top notch. The watermelon and tomato salad with balsamic dressing was a hit. The braised short rib was fall apart tender and the fish was expertly cooked. Everything was presented very well – We will return next time we’re in Vegas!

Sad I didn’t get my beef wellington but thats on me. Glad I stayed though. So good, super good I always order a medium rare steak but was given a medium one it was the best medium steak I have ever had. The bread was pretty, The short ribs with he sauce on the vegetables was delicious. Made me actually like asparagus. The bartenders were so nice.

I dined at Main St. Provisions and ordered the oven baked chicken; the glaze alone was unforgettable, incredibly flavorful and addictive. The atmosphere is warm from the moment you walk in, and the staff feels like a tight knit team: respectful, welcoming, and genuinely proud of what they do. The owner is just as gracious, creating a sense of hospitality that feels personal.
Everything about this establishment reflects real care for the business, the food, the staff, and the guests. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to return, simply because they enjoy serving you as much as you enjoy being there.

Main St. Provisions was such a great experience. Every dish was delicious (the scallops and prime rib were standouts), and the flavors were spot on. Service was fantastic—attentive, warm, and super knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere feels cozy but still modern and stylish. Perfect spot for a group dinner. Highly recommend!

To drink I had the fig-uratively speaking, and for dinner I had a short rib dumpling, the MSP burger, a side of maitake mushrooms and a sticky toffee pudding. The dumpling was the highlight of the meal, absolutely delicious. The drink, mushrooms and dessert were also very good. The only problem was the burger. The spread was quite tasty, but I asked for the burger to be cooked medium, and what I received was quite rarer than medium. Service was great though, and burger aside, I would return.

YALL NEED TO TRY THIS PLAY!!!! Best hidden gem in Las Vegas. We’ve been to Hell’s Kitchen, golden steer, esters kitchen and tons more but we went here after a good visit from arts district foodie tour. Now we’re back for our 2 year wedding anniversary. The food was so good! we agreed it and the service outdid every previous restaurant listed and at 1/2 the $$$. We got the octopus which usually isn’t our thing but it was sooo good with the chili sauce. The entrees were amazing with their seasonal sea bass and the duck breast with the crispiest skin we could ask for. And to top the night desert was a on the house “sticky toffee pudding” which we also got at Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas and I’m not kidding. When I say they outdid GORDAN RAMSEY. When we told the waiter she informed us that Ellie the head chef (also a Vegas local went to my wife’s highschool) was on the latest season of HELLS KITCHEN and boi if she didn’t win then I demand a recount bc this is the best food we’ve had in Vegas (I’ve been here 7 years and my wife is a local). VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED!!!

Visited the restaurant on New Year’s Eve with a 9:15pm reservation. Service was great, waiter was on point. I forgot her name.
We ended up ordering a Ceaser salad, dumpling(photo), fries and mushrooms and a 14oz New York.
We noticed food being a bit saltier than usual. Ceaser salad was not up to price, welted lettuce and being mixed greens.
Dumpling was fills with beef and it was definitely on point with the sauce. Definitely something everyone should try.
Steak was ordered medium well and the chef that night definitely cooked it perfect.
Fries were not over salted but next time I’ll ask for no salt. Personal preference.
Mushrooms definitely needed more blue cheese.
We really liked complementary sparking water. Not sure if that’s an everyday thing.
For the holiday that passed out new year head pieces and noise makers.
Prices were on point for the type of place and food. We didn’t order drinks but it came out to $60 a person.
Definitely bring friends and family next time.
