Had a chance to stop into this long-established Jackson restaurant for a photo shoot. Owner Tom and chef Pauline were all helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a good mix and variety of food, this restaurant has classic appetizers along some great burgers and sandwiches.

Great food and drink selection. The owner is an absolute pleasure and provides a stellar level of service. This is a must try hidden gem of Jackson night life. Live entertainment 4 nights a week as well as karaoke on Wednesdays.

I do have to say the food is great it is very good since it’s new owners takes a little while to come out of the kitchen but that’s fine have a couple drinks first I’ve never had anything from there that I don’t like or that wasn’t good or cooked perfectly since the new owners have taken over they really go out of their way to cook the food good the drink prices are very fair especially during happy hour

I hate giving this place 3 stars but the past few experiences haven’t been good ones. Normally the food is top notch but today everything was undercooked even the sautéed onions were crunchy from being rushed which, in my opinion what was the reason for rushing my order being when I got there, there’s a whole 3 people sitting at the bar not to mention i called a few times to order and kept getting put on hold and sent to vm and I’m trying to order with limited time because I’m at work so I placed an order online just to find out there’s a convenience fee and this isn’t even the worse part, I asked for ranch and they said I would be charged for it which wouldn’t have been a problem if they didn’t already charge a convenience fee so I asked the bartender if they could just take it out of the convenience fee considering I called multiple times and no one answered which they did let me do that but when I got my food out to my car I find out that my fries aren’t even cooked all the way through almost as if they were just dipped in grease or microwaved so I called because I was on my way back to work and asked if the could remake them and they said they would but when I got back three employees come out to say that my fries were made to order and that the order was placed 30 minutes ago so they couldn’t control the temperature of the food so I pulled them out and showed the lady and said no they aren’t cooked and as soon as the lady seen them she says oh I see what you mean and the cook went back to remake them. But like why do I have to go through all of this extra stuff when there is more than enough employees, I understand if it’s a busy day but there wasn’t even a lot of customers and on a Sunday at that, it’s sad to say because they have like the best burgers in town but I probably won’t be returning, this is worse than bad customer service and if I do it definitely won’t be on a sunday.

Food and service was Great! The hickory bacon burger and the deluxe cheese burger and waffle fries are amazing. The service has ALWAYS been great. However…the building needs a serious makeover. Very small and outdated.

Call the lunch order in. I get there a bartender says to go out back. I waited 10 minutes almost 11 minutes. 2 workers look right at me. Nobody said a word to me. I only have a 30 minute lunch so I just left didn’t even get my lunch nobody ever said a word to me.

Grub Hub delivery was awesome!!!! Pizza was burnt good tase though. Reuben had no sauce at all. Thought was supposed to have thousand island or any type of sauce. Chicken tenders and fries were good though.

Great bar to stop in and have a beer and snack. Saw my 1st electronic juke box there. Had to ask…what does that machine do? After a chuckle, they told me. Pool tables and television and comfortable bar or table. Friendly regulars. Good humor.
