We absolutely love coming to Vic & Anthony’s at The Golden Nugget. The food is top tier: delicious, high quality food with amazing service. Brittany always remembers us & our order! Matthew behind the bar was very personable & attentive. It’s always nice when your bartender hugs you bc she remembers you! We always look forward to coming back here! Our favorite meals are the Steak, Steak Tartare, Tuna Poke, Quail, Shrimp Scampi, Shrimp Cocktail, King Crab, Crab Cakes…everything on the menu is so good!

It was our first time eating at Vic and Anthony’s and we were celebrating our 7th wedding Anniversary! My husband got the halibut special of the night and it was absolutely amazing.
I got the lobster mac & cheese, and it was very good. We got the crab cake for an appetizer and it was delicious They were serving a Biscoff pie dessert that was off the charts ! We will be visiting again soon !

Fine dining. The best lobster tail we’ve had from a steak house. Worth every penny. Our server was top tier. The wagyu was great the garlic butter sauce I added wasn’t even necessary but it was still wonderful. . Duckfat potatoes were a great side. I was not crazy about the mushrooms appearance which is likely from the balsamic glaze or something but I’m not a mushroom fan my husband is. This place is perfect for a very nice date or celebrating a special occasion.

I’ve dined at other Vic & Anthony’s locations and honestly I’ve never been disappointed. I did have pause for cause because often times, casino/resort steakhouses are underwhelming… but once again, V & A surpassed the competition. The food was cooked to perfection, the drinks were crafted well and my server Tucker was excellent.

Food was excellent as always, I had the Akuashi NY strip (medium rare) with sautéed onions over top which was phenomenal, my wife had 1/2 lb crab legs that she loved and my son had chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. Our waiter Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, professional and eager to help us with any and everything from ordering drinks, to entrees and desert. The atmosphere can get a little loud at times but in all it’s always a 10/10.

I can’t believe I haven’t left this review already. Phenomenal experience, literally, 100% of the time! This is a must have for us at every visit to GNLC…we’ve probably dined here over 30 times now. The staff, food, presentation, atmosphere, and everything else will meet or exceed your expectations. I always get a small(ish) filet so I’ll have room for several other menu items. Book your reservation as soon as you know your schedule. It can fill up quickly because everyone wants to eat here!

The service here is top tier, my bff and I came to dine on one of the busiest evening. We had a reservation so getting to our table was quick work. If you plan on visiting here I suggest making a reservation. I’ll start with the venue, modern decor, soft lights, and low music, making easy for guest to have conversations. The service. Our server was polite, knowledgeable and she made great suggestions. The food was cooked just right, and the temperature of our food was on point. Whenever I’m back in the area, I definitely plan on making another visit.

My $60.00 filet came to the table grey. It looked more like it was cooked under the heat lamp than on the grill. The “flavor” was nonexistent. It almost tasted as though it had been thawed in the microwave. I ordere medium rare so it should have been a warm red center. The edges were grey and pink and the center was completely raw and cold. We ordered several sides and an appetizer. The spinach had more cheese than spinach and left an oily taste in my mouth. It appeared the cheese was the only seasoning used. The potatoes were fantastic and the Brussels were very good. The shrimp slaw appetizer was delicious.
Our total tan was a little under $400.00 for myself and my husband for dinner, I absolutely expected better!
It was Valentines weekend and we chose to just eat and leave rather than discuss with management. They should be doing MUCH better quality control regardless. Customer complaints should not be necessary when dinner for two is $400.00.
Our server, Mike, was absolutely wonderful and the drinks were very good. My husbands steak was about the same as mine so we definitely found ourselves disappointed. I’ve had far better steaks at cheaper Landrys restaurants. Even the less expensive locations like Saltgrass.

Came on Saturday night to celebrate a birthday. Tucker took great care of us. Brought out fresh complementary bread and took our order. Caesar salad and calamari were delicious. Filets and ribeye were seasoned well and cooked to correct temperatures. A good shareable size for mac and cheese and mash potatoes. Both were tasty. We shared the Chantilly cake(dessert was not comped) which was yummy. Overall good food experience for Lake Charles. With it being in Golden Nugget Casino, dress code can’t be enforced so you can dress casual. Would recommend to try.
