if i could leave less than a one star, especially for service, i would. i ordered the bacon three cheese philly which includes the philly meat, bacon, three types of cheese, and whatever toppings i choose. as i was watching him make my cheesesteak, i realized there was no bacon, so i politely asked for the bacon to be added. the man who put the toppings on attempted to argue with me stating there was in fact bacon on it. eventually, the lady asked for it back to come and find out there was not bacon on it. the man on the grill then proceeded to throw the bacon down and ask his coworker why i didn’t say anything, when i did. the whole experience was extremely disheartening as i truly love charleys philly cheesesteaks. the service was terrible and the food wasn’t much better. i also tried to reach out via call but their phone number states it is disconnected. very sickening.

This place is the best. They always make the food PERFECT and are also friendly. Top quality food. There are Charley’s everywhere, thankfully, and this is a well run one with good character.

It was pretty filling. Super expensive. Really expensive. Very expensive. The steak tasted okay but the bacon didn’t. I wouldn’t try it again even if offered for free.

As a Mall Rat of the ’00s, I can say for sure that Charley’s is a mall staple and a mall just isn’t a mall without one. Today I had the Old School Chicken Cheesesteak w/Jalepenos, Banana Peppers, Hot Pepper Relish, and Extra Sautéed Onions. I also order some fries and sprinkled them with the seasoning shaker.

Mid level food. Meat used for cheesesteak didn’t seem high quality. Had a frozen store bought “steak-umm” taste. Had better, had worse. Staff was polite and quick.
