Came in with my wife and daughter to get some food and head home for the day. Mind you it’s my very first time in this establishment and in ohio. The front lady was very rude especially when she slasked my wife if we were ready to order. We said not yet it’s our first time here and she gave us an attitude and turned around with a petty attitude. Will not be ever coming back here again and never try this place at all.

I was in there today around 4:40 the food was great. The cashier was great, he made eye contact and greeted everyone that came through the door with a smile. Great atmosphere. Very well ran operation, great crew. Perfect example of good consumer service.

Had a coupon for this location, so went for lunch. Sandwich was good. Although they were shady with the cheese and fries. Literally had 4 fries and 1/2 of cup of cheese. I guess the cheese is more than enough for the 4 fries. I recommend the lake ave Mr hero. He always hooks it up.

I usually love the zesty Swiss and steak sub. I splurged and bought $43 worth of them. They barely put raspberry topping on any of them and that’s the best part. I was looking for a good place to eat after my loved one passed away. The server was not happy to be there. The overall experience has gone down over the years.

I had door dash here. I told the lady the name I was picking up. She said they didn’t have that order. I said it’s 5 items and started to say them. She cut me off and said I know what it was. So she looked around. Asked the cook where the sandwich and other items were. To find out she accidentally gave the order out to the wrong person. She said what were the items; I’m like you said you knew!!!!!!!! Lol. She than said how she messed up and gave the wrong order out and that they were not going to remake it because they were gonna lose even more money. So I had to cancel the order on my end. I don’t understand how bagging orders correctly is so hard?????

I ordered at home online for a Time specific and I got there 20 minutes early and was going to get a cup from the lady working there and she said there is no order at 1:00 I said well here it is on my phone that’s not proof she says anyways it’s been two days and the money has come off my card and I have not been refunded or received any food. They seem very helpful not.
Well it’s been a year now and I still have not received the refund so I guess they’re not refunding my money that I paid for food that I didn’t get.
