Placed a mobile order for breakfast before the cutoff time, but happened to get to the restaurant literally one minute after breakfast ended. They refused to fulfill my order and told me it would just get cancelled by the app. Is there a vault with the breakfast items that locks right on the dot or something? What’s the point of me sharing my location on the app so my food can be ready when I arrive if my food isn’t even started when I arrive?

The young black female worker that was working the drive through tonight was the most unprofessional ill mannered, rude, uneducated and disrespectful person I ever had to deal with. I won’t be returning to this location solely because of her. Smh she shouldn’t have a job especially a customer service position.

Speed and cleanliness are not priorities at this location. I placed my order at 5:34 p.m. It was served at 5:39. There was only one person in front of me. The area behind the counter was s filthy. The dining area was just a little better.

I’ve been here 4 times since moving to the area earlier this year and all 4 times have been an incredibly pleasant or standout experience. Props to management and everyone who works here. If they have bad days I wouldn’t be able to speak on that, but I can say that I have left this drive through convinced that people still care about the little things every single time. The food is exactly what you expect and consistent most importantly, but it’s the people behind the counter and even that first window that make this place what it is.
