Quality of the food is always bad here in my experience. Cold food, looks like Texas toast was replaced with smallest bread I’ve ever seen. Didn’t get receipt from carhop. Carhop also felt the need to ask if I wanted my change.

The food at the sonic in Lawson, Missouri is always subpar. The meat for the hamburgers were like consistency of cardboard. The food was cold when it was brought out to the car. The cheddar bites had been cooked so long that most of the cheese had cooked out of the batter coating. The parking area and the outside seating area was littered with trash. The staff is always very helpful.

I really like this Sonic but today I got a double cheeseburger and I wish I hadn’t driven off because I would have sent it back. It tasted like it had been sitting under the warmer for several hours and even the meat tasted and smelled off it was a waste of money because after 2 bites I was afraid to eat it. I haven’t had this problem before so next time I will check before driving home.

Service is always good and everyone is friendly. I order using the app a lot and work less than a mile from this location. Every time my food is cold when I get back to work. Its not just once in a while its always. My tots are always cold… today I order chicken strips and they were warm but tots cold and hard. So disappointing. My Cranberry Limeades are always spot on! Other Sonics not so much but Lawson Sonic knows how to make them perfect. I would give them 5 stars for service but only 3 for food.
