During our few visits to Guyana, after having lots of curries etc. and a few friends raved about Green bowl restaurant we decided to give it a try, so many choices but finally decided on the Farmers Market bowl and my husband their Géerah Chicken bowl, we also tried their fresh pressed juices. The salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right, each bite was a delight and the accompanying vegetables were fresh and flavorful, my husband enjoyed his as well that during our stay in Guyana we had to try other salads and juices on their menu and love all that we tried. Their juices is highly recommended, I enjoyed the beets and ginger, that juice kept me cool on a very hot sweaty day. The food here is a treat for the senses, it’s not only delicious but beautifully presented making every dish a visual delight. Highly recommended to try at least once you will not be disappointed.

I had a decent first experience. I opted for a half size of the broccoli, apple and carrot salad. That was more than enough along with the strawberry watermelon Agua fresca (on a calorie deficit diet). The only issues I had were with parking and the overall space of the eatery. I went during the lunch rush and there was little arm room. Plus the staff was noticeably overrun with both walking and online orders. It took me 25 mins to collect my online order. But the food was great!

Did not receive my order. EDIT: The response by Greenbowl provided below is misleading and partly inaccurate. My order was placed at around 11:00am and scheduled to be delivered at 12:00pm as indicated by their delivery website and confirmed by email. At around 12:30pm after not receiving my order I called the number stated in the email and was informed that my order had already left. At 1:00pm, after still not receiving my order I made about five attempts to call Greenbowl which they never answered (and there was no busy tone to indicate another caller was on the line). I then emailed Greenbowl at 1:17pm informing them about this issue. They responded at 1:51pm to ask me if my order came which it still didn’t. I responded to that email at 1:53pm indicating same and that we made alternative arrangements. The response I received was a very vague promise that they would look into it. TLDR: They advertise delivery. My delivery was confirmed via email for a certain time. It never came. Try at your own risk.

Green Bowl is awesome! The food is fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. You can tell they use good ingredients, and everything leaves you feeling satisfied without being heavy. Definitely a go-to spot if you want something tasty and good for you.

I’ve always wanted to try green bowl, so today I decided to splurge on myself and get me a quinoa fried rice. My delivery time was set for 11:30 to 11:45. To my surprise my order arrived at 11:43! And the food came hot was really good amount of portions and taste delicious I’m impressed with the service. Will definitely order again.

The food is quite good. But jeez the delivery service and online order sucks; staff over the phone are very unprofessional and they don’t take any responsibility. If you don’t call to verify your order it never gets processed or according to the staff they can’t see it.

The order that stated it would be delivered in 1 hour took 2 hours instead. I encountered the worst experience with the delivery guy. First, the delivery fee changed from what is online. Delivery guy was rude, disrespectful, ignorant, and arrogant. As a first-time customer, I will never order from them again.
