I ordered a simple Combo #1 with a fruit punch. There was no line, so I got my food quickly. But when they handed me my drink, it was almost completely clear—basically tinted water. I asked for a new one, thinking the fruit punch was out. The person at the window agreed and made another… and that one was just as pale.
They asked someone in the back if the fruit punch was empty, and the response was, “No, it’s full, it’s just watered down.” Excuse me? Watered down? I took a sip and it was literally just water. Not a hint of fruit punch. They’re charging full price for a drink and serving customers straight water like nobody will notice.
Absolutely ridiculous. Talk about squeezing every last cent out of customers. If this is how the place operates, it’s nothing but blatant corporate greed at the customer’s expense.

Everytime I order honey bbq strips it has no BBQ. Compare the picture to what you get. This location needs way more training for their team.

To start the people were super friendly but the execution of food and accuracy failed miserably. The didn’t put in the pot pie, the country fried steak was more like a limp patty and was not pleasant to eat. My daughter’s chicken bowl had barely any chicken and it was just all old breading and she just threw it away. The biscuits were hockey pucks. It looks like this place is back in the garbage can like it was a while ago. Never again for our family. This is like the third time we have gotten horrible food

If you are craving KFC definitely drive out to this location in Herriman. One of the cleanest I’ve been into in a very long time.
Bright and airy .. with lots of seating both near and away from windows.
Employees are pleasant.
My food was made fresh and served hot.

These guys are American hero’s. They took my order lightning quick while being nice. Then had it ready at the window with a smile on their face. The guys who leave a 1 star and lose there mind over chicken makes for great sad.

We just went through the drive thru and ordered some chicken finger meals and I also ordered an extra side of mashed potatoes. They forgot the mashed potatoes so I parked and went in and got them but we just got home and the chicken fingers are like jerky. Completely not edible at all and cold as if they have been sitting on the tray for hours. We decided not to risk getting sick so $30+ down the drain. Disappointing to say the least and we will not be eating here again.
Not to mention the condition of the food, but the drive thru guy was condescending when the guy in the back told him they forgot to put the potatoes in the bag. The drive thru guy said “well that’s because she didn’t pay for them” so I ran back out and got my receipt showing they were on my receipt. I’m not one to leave reviews like this but this warrants warning others of the poor service and food quality.

This location is pristine and has really well-lit seating. The staff was all friendly. I was really excited to try the new mac&cheese $5 fill up and it did not disappoint. SO delicious, the kids ate my whole bowl. We always buy a giant box of biscuits to take home.

Recently visited and ordered the mini chicken sandwich that’s advertised for $2.49 on the sign right by the speaker, since they for some reason didn’t have the special being advertised on TV. They charged me $3.24 (with tax) and I asked why it was that much since the sign said otherwise. They claim it’s because the ones with the sauce cost more even though the sign says differently. Opened up the sandwich to see a splotch of sauce, which is what I got unnecessarily charged more for. 75 cents isn’t going to ruin my day but it is a little deceitful and I am curious how many people they’ve over charged to this point.
