I wanted to like this place, decent branding. But the pizza was not good. I went with a classic slice of cheese, and I would say taste wise it’s a middle of the pack grocery store level pizza. Too much cheese and too many types of cheese, sauce flavor isn’t good, crust is hard like cardboard and it has that distinct preservative type flavor you taste in all grocery store frozen pizzas. Anyway if that sounds up your alley then you are in luck! But If I had to compare it to another mall pizza shop, on a scale I’d give Sbarro a 5 out of 10 and this place a 1 out of 10.

Good combo two square pizza slices shared with her along with drinks. Squares are big, see photos so don’t let eyes overload tummy. Not too busy day before Thanksgiving so didn’t wait too long. We pasted on salad as too expensive. Pizza dough thicker than our usual preference but yummy with toppings. One eats on food court area and busy day with kids using their outside voice makes it a bit loud.

Leila’s Pizza – NorthPark Center

I stopped by Leila’s Pizza while at NorthPark. The service was just okay—not rude, but not especially welcoming either. I was told my food would be ready in 8 minutes, but it ended up taking about twice that long. No one said “enjoy your meal” or offered any extras.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo penne pasta. Unfortunately, the chicken was pretty dry, and the garlic flavor overwhelmed everything else. For $15 (including a small Dr. Pepper), I expected at least a slice of bread, some parmesan, or even napkins—none of which were included.

NorthPark is a beautiful mall with lots of great food options, but I wouldn’t recommend this particular spot. There’s room for improvement in both food quality and overall experience.

This was hands down the best pizza I have had! You’re going for the excellent quality and the atmosphere! We had 2 slices and and the pasta and were very impressed by the quality flavors.

I can’t say it was a bad experience, but the price tag to value was lacking. For $17 at this card-only establishment I received a rather small diet soda, a VERY leafy arugula salad, and a square of pizza comparable in size to what you likely had in school.

The salad comes pre-packed with a cup of dressing that wasn’t quite enough. The pizza flavor (I had “The Butcher” was okay, but not good enough for the price. They also deliver your small slice in a very large box, which isn’t eco-friendly but also makes you feel you’re getting even less food.

The cashier who took my order was friendly but I’m a loud food court it was hard to hear her, especially when she talked a bit fast.

The speed of food delivery is misleading as well. The pizza was fresh, but the illusion of ready-made pizza in the line kind of threw me off a bit. Again, it’s not bad, but nothing to write home about.

Whether you’re a Dallas local or visiting NorthPark for shopping, Leila’s Pizza delivers an experience that breaks through the typical food court barrier—exceptional service, expertly prepared food, and staff who genuinely care. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience today. I was so excited to try their pizza. I am GF and asked if they had GF options before ordering, they told me yes. Then a guy came and told me they were out of GF. I said that was fine I just needed a refund because I can’t eat normal wheat crust. The cashier told me they could not give me a refund. Very disappointed that I paid for something that I didn’t even get.

Food: Pizza pies seemed to be made then held out to get below the food temperature danger zone. They all look rather dried out when viewing through the glass. All slices are heated with the same technique and time (which will lead to heavier slices not coming up to temperature while a cheese slice will be piping hot).

While the slices are comparable to a NY slice, it all lacks an authentic fresh and Italian flavor. The dough must get really dried out as they sit as the slice I had fell apart in a very strange way after two bites

The cup you’re given for drinks is rather small for the price

Service:The guys behind the line are nice and friendly

If you’re in a rush for a piece of pie while in the mall, it’s okay. If you want a serious slice, try elsewhere

I’ve been going to pizza Leila with my gf for a good bit of time at their other location, But we found out this location just opened so we decided to head up here and see how they compare. We definitely were not disappointed. It seemed like the roasted elote was the only pizza that was different from the original location, But we could’ve just missed the hot sauce this whole time. This gentleman at the register was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed before getting our pizza and sitting down. The wait wasn’t long at all. We decided to sit in the middle sealed off area and it was amazing to sit outside and enjoy our amazing pizzas. Definitely stop in if you want a great pizza!

Way better than I expected. There is another place in the mall that has Neapolitan pizza and it’s awful I won’t name them out of respect for them but I really wasn’t expecting much when I arrived. They have about 9-10 options to choose from on display and honestly every option looked good. I’m a very tough pizza critic. I would definitely come back and try some more. I score the slices like 8/10
