Wish I had more 5 star experiences to report. Last review was sad. So I thought who deserves a five star review. Always friendly good prices and good food. Keep up the good work. Hot and sour soup better than the other excellent scoop place on the other side of the interstate.

I mean it’s a cheap by the scoop Chinese restaurant, I’ve been going here since 2010 and keep going back causes prices and portions are lit. If you complain about the service, you don’t think you know how places like this operate. This ain’t pf chang’s where they pamper you and bend over backwards with a waiter, you in here to get quick cheap food, just take the food, nod with approval at the fat portions and low prices, and eat it ️ ️ certified Northglenn classic by an Asian man who likes eating Chinese food. It ain’t Michellin but damn am I happy eating it.

I went here to kill my hunger unfortunately I had a poor experience. The person serving me was on his phone seeing YouTube videos for 3-4 minutes before taking my order. He was also coughing constantly. He did not wash his hands or put gloves on. At that point I almost walked out but was hungry so I still took the food. I got the jalapeño chicken, it was unaedible. Chicken is super tough, almost impossible to chew. Stay away from this place!

Walking in the place is gross. The lady was sitting down on her phone touching her face and didnt even bother to wash her hands. My friend got lunch while I said I wasn’t hungry. I lost my appetite immediately after watching how gross this lady is. She continued to scratch her head and serve customers. The icing on the cake is the use of fly swatters. A fly landed on top of the hit serving table. She slapped the fly and killed it. Who knows where the body went, maybe some extra flavor in the chicken. Absolutely disgusting the way they do not care about personal hygiene. Will be reporting to health department.

Ive been going to this place since before they renovatedz back when I was around 13 years old. Now as a ripe 27 year old I still frequent this place any chance I can. The food is AMAZING, there is a TON of options, ppatr combos, or just by the scoop. And when they say 1 scoop they ALWAYS over serve you with 1.5-2 scoops for your price of one. They LOAD the food up for CHEAP. Its family owned and you can tell there is a lot of love put into this place from generation to generation. Now as a mother of a 9 year old I’m so happy that she gets just as excited at me to go to Golden scoop, like when I was a kid. Their food truly transcends generations.

We ordered from grub hub and were supposed to get a taro and honey dew. Upon delivery the drinks were incorrect. We called them and let them know-he said “maybe you ordered them wrong”
Like no sir I tapped the correct one.
So we reordered and asked if they can send 2 of each since we already paid for 2 of each.
The guy on the phone was a huge jerk and said we would get 1 of each.
Formerly one of our favorite places to get dinner and boba from but they will not be getting anymore of our business.
Learn some basic customer service. How disappointing.
