I had octopus soup here which was my first time. Blew my mind and my stomach. Then we also had a platter to try everything. Nothing was bad for being my first time and having nothing to compare it to. Service was nice and helpful. The only thing I wish was that I could just have a scoop of the octopus soup instead of a whole bowl. Food was definitely wasted going here.

A group of 8 of us went for lunch and asked to be seated at a private room. We ordered different menu items to share and taste the food and they were all delicious. Also found out that their chocolate chip and chocolate chip walnut cookies were delicious so I ordered one of each. They were yummy! I also ordered the mangha pie for our group since it’s one of their popular desserts, according to our waitress. She was right!
Our waitress, Kealani, was awesome! She took very good care of us. Her suggestions were on point. The decor was nice in the restaurant.

Food was decent, but not as good as it is hyped out to be. Was always told this was one of the places you had to try before leaving Guam, not sure about that.
Got the Award Winning ribs. It was good, but needed sauce. Considering the prices of the food, I’d expect it to be better.
Parking was awful and hard to find. There’s so many businesses nearby including a gym that take up the parking. Might be better at night or on the weekends, but lunch during the weekday was very difficult to find.

Had the tinala katne 10/10 would highly recommend. I prefer the corn tatiyas or rice but to each their own. I’m Gna come back again.

Went here for the first time the first day we got here. The food was great & reasonably priced with generous serving. They have kid’s meal available too. My nephews and nieces really loved their kid’s meals in this family style restaurant.
Service was exceptional as well. My younger sister who has been based here in Guam for quite a while now said we have to be there early for our dinner table reservation as the place gets packed early too.

Meskla is a great place to have local Chamorro dishes. They are well prepared and presented and delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The dining area is large enough for any size group.

The food is good but not great for the price. I got the seafood pasta and my stomach got very upset after, I barely made it home. My kid had a bite of my food and he also had an upset stomach a while later. Unfortunately I won’t be back here but maybe you will have better luck.

Fine dining with a touch of local flavor. Meskla offers a unique take on bistro style food. We had the coconut seafood pasta, tossed sesame salad with prawns, fried parrot fish, octopus tinaktak, fiesta platter, and the clam bake. We heard the pork chops we good too but they were already sold out when we ordered. Their bbq ribs was also recommended.

It was a busy lunch service and with the Governor having lunch there, it wasn’t as chaotic as it should have been. We got there around 1p and waited only 15 minutes for a table but it took longer getting service to order food. Once we ordered our appetizers, Calamari and Empanadas, it was another 15 minutes before we ordered food. It was all worth the wait. I can see why they are so busy. Thankfully, the doors closed at 2pm as they prepare for dinner service so it made things slow down and we just enjoyed the food experience. I highly recommend the Chamorro and Fiesta platters. Hands down the value for the quality and quantity of food is outstanding. It was like having a chamorro version of a bento box! The hagun suni is a plus! And the kelaguen on the platters is a daily mystery which is cool! We enjoyed the shrimp kelaguen especially with the friend corn Tatiyas! The fusion here is exquisite and although I would have loved to give this a 5 star, the service unfortunately was just shy! 4.5 for sure in my book! Especially with that mystery dessert sampler. Come on now! I haven’t even begun to explain what an explosion of taste I was feeling with that octopus tinaktak! Let me be honest, I have tinaktak at home and I prefer mine to be a little more tangy but never have I ever had it with octopus. Honestly, I probably never will at home because my picky eaters but this was a special treat just for me! Thank you Meskla for an amazing foody experience!!

This was a great spot to check out, with a fantastic menu, a good variety of platters, and the service was impeccable! They also whip up some amazing desserts here if you’ve got a sweet tooth. And even if you don’t, give ’em a try anyway, you might actually end up really liking some.
